The manager and the team at Nestora were so supportive and stepped in at very short notice to care for my Mum in Law, when due to unforeseen circumstances she was Going to be by herself for a few days . They were very caring and even took her for an urgent GP appointment when she became unwell.
They
remained in contact and the communication was excellent. I would recommend without hesitation

The client is on the whole happy with the care provided by your company. She does tell me that some members of staff are better than others but she appreciates that everyone is different.
Unfortunately, she has a catheter which has on occasions not been fitted properly but that has got a lot better.

Nestoria staff showed care and compassion to our mum and put her at ease at all times. The dedication and support they gave Mum and ourselves through some difficult times was outstanding. Office staff were excellent and queries were always dealt with promptly and follow up calls were always made to
ensure everything was running smoothly and to make sure Mum was happy at all times. Staff spoke to Mum during all care to ensure Mum knew what was happening and to put her at ease. Mum was never rushed and the staff always chatted and laughed with Mum. Nothing was too much trouble. They truly are an excellent care provider and would highly recommend to anyone looking for care for their loved ones.

Both myself and my niece are very satisfied with the level of care my mum receives from all your allocated staff. Always easy and at hand to contact if required. Mum is independent-minded but has many painful and restricting conditions, but the added assistance the carers provide give her the independence
and security she needs in her maturing years. She thoroughly enjoyed the get-together. Well done!

Cared for Dad and my late mum for a number of years now. One carer in particular has been excellent, going above and beyond on many occasions. Other regular carers are also very good, reliable and friendly. The office staff too have always been very helpful. Thank you for looking after them so well

Nestora have been caring for my mother since June 2024.
They took great care to understand her needs and get to know her personality, likes and dislikes, and to ensure that she is safe at all times.
They have been very patient in managing her bed call - particularly when she was not happy to go to
bed. By trying different strategies and talking to her this regime was safely established and is now going well.
Nestora have got to know the family, and have been very responsive to any issues we have had, providing skill and knowledge in managing situations. Communication has always been good.
Carers have been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and have established good relationships with Mum. There is a regular team of carers so Mum has got to know them and if anyone joins this team, they are properly introduced to her.
I'm happy to say that caring for Mum continues to be a successful and productive learning partnership for both us and Nestora.

Having cared for Mum ourselves it was hard to introduce "outsiders" into the team but they have been exceptional and I don't know how we managed without them.
Not once have we tried ringing and the phone not been answered immediately. They are quick, responsive and willing to be flexible. The staff
are lovely, communicate well and are caring and chatty. I am so glad we went with this company.

Generally good, with one particular carer outstanding - keeping me informed and going above and beyond when asked. Some carers do not seem to provide the same standard of care, sticking to the basics.

It is hard to put into words the gratitude and respect I have for the team of carers involved with my father's care.
Professional, intuitive, patient, caring, respectful and empathetic. Nothing too big or small.

The care is flexible and is able to be attened to at times when necessary. The carers provide a service to my wife which is a great help to us both and enables my wife to remain living at the property.
