County Carers have been looking after my father for two to three years now, the ladies have always been very personable and I've always felt that he is being provided with very high-quality care.
I have been very impressed about their communication with myself, giving me day to day updates on his
needs and wellbeing, always giving me advice where they think we could work together to make his life more comfortable.
I have and will continue to recommend County Carers as a very reliable and friendly service for elderly relatives that are in need of day to day care.

County Carers were personally recommended by a friend, and from the outset were very professional and helpful. Our carer was brilliant with my aunt and had an immediate rapport with her. Sadly my aunt took a turn for the worse within a few days so the arrangement lasted only a short time, but I would
not hesitate to recommend County Carers to others.

The whole team have been so caring and considerate with my mum. Their gentleness was truly appreciated at this difficult time when mum was struggling to cope with feeling incapacitated. They managed to find wonderful carers quickly to take over night-time care, which was such a blessing.

We have found the carers all excellent in their different way. They treat us with dignity and a sense of humour (necessary). They are gentle with my husband and most kind.

I think the staff member is doing a great job with Mum: she is very competent in all aspects of caring and is also very friendly, enthusiastic and proactive. She has really pushed Mum to be more active physically and socially. This has not only helped improve Mum's mobility considerably in recent months
but has also produced great improvements in Mum's mental state: she is less confused than previously and much livelier in conversation. Mum still needs pushing to do things, but the staff member is providing that 'push' and it is making a considerable difference. Therefore, I'm very pleased with her work and would highly recommend her to other families.

The Regional Director is quite simply, superb. She has transformed my mum and lifted her spirits so much in the last few years. She is full of admiration for her and has said to me she is “worth every penny”.
The Regional Director has now progressed into her full potential and another member of staff
has arranged for an amazing regular team to support my mother in her own home. I have nothing but positive things to say about County Carers. They display the perfect balance of professional care and human sensitivity that is so lacking in other care support services. My mum loves The Regional Director and the team.
