The majority of carers are very good, just the odd one that sees it as a job not really caring. During the week, timetables are pretty good, not so at the weekends, then they are irregular.

Absolutely disgusting company. Apparently, me and my Nan have lied about everything and they haven’t put a finger wrong. Should have seen the managers face when the video evidence was taken out.
Can’t put much here as it gets removed or they won’t publish it but a quick search of their company will
bring it up.
Avoid it at all costs if you love your family.

As a nurse herself, my mother has spent years caring for others so when her body grew tired and help was needed Caremark came into our lives. The carers are supportive, friendly and go out of their way to become a friend to us all. Mum is looked after in a professional way with a loving feel, our carer
is her friend now, giving dignity and laughter.

They are ok on the whole. Some are stroppy with a poor attitude. Could improve greatly.

These two people who are here at the moment are very good. He's done things, he cleans the sides, puts away my washing up. None of the others have done this.
My worst complaint is they broke my last three small plates which means now I have to use my dinner plates and the other problem is I have had
so many different people. I get used to someone and that can take a couple of weeks but then they have gone. Some are here for one day only.

My mum had returned from hospital having suffered two fractures. Things were very different for her as her mobility was so limited. Her carers have been outstanding; attentive, kind, professional and have respected her dignity at all times. They have offered great advice and I absolutely trust her care
in their hands. Superb!

I am currently a service user as I have broken my knee and leg after an accident. The care I am currently receiving from Caremark is exceptional. I feel I am maintaining my independence and the carers understand my needs. Would highly recommend Caremark. I feel happy and relaxed with the care I receive
and couldn’t ask for more. Five-star care from the carers to the office. Brilliant. Thank you.

I would like to take this opportunity to compliment Caremark on the quality of the service they provide. The management is very accessible responsive and pleasant to deal with. The carers never rush and take their time to do things gently and with care. They are always cheerful and provide not only
personal care but also pastoral care, which is very important.

All the staff treat my dad with respect, dignity and kindness. They all do a great job and bring a big smile and fun and laughter into the house, which helps lift my dad's spirits.

We found the company very very professional and helpful all the time. The care persons who visit are very polite and caring for the patients. Their time keeping is mostly very good, the carer would always inform us if they are running late due to traffic problems or over run the time at the previous
client. The manager is very helpful and always try to accommodate your needs. I would very strongly recommend Caremark to any one who needs care.

Every individual concerned with my sister's care and treated my sister with professional care, kindness, patience and good humour in sometimes trying circumstances. When the need for full-time care in a home, their recommendation was welcomed and acted on without subsequent regret. I would have no hesitation
in recommending them to anyone in need.
