Right at Home in Mitcham, Streatham & Dulwich is a locally owned and operated home care provider.

It provides clients with tailored care plans to ensure that their individual needs and preferences are met from the comfort of their own homes.

The service provided is one of great flexibility and can be adapted according to the needs of clients on a short term or long term basis.

Right at Home Mitcham, Streatham & Dulwich provides a minimum of one hour visits so that care can be provided in a positive and supportive manner, maintaining clients’ dignity and independence.

CareGivers work to make a difference to the lives of everyone they provide care for. They are carefully chosen through a highly selective process of personal interviews, psychometric testing, DBS checks (criminal records) and reference checks, and undertake intensive training before they can start working.

CareGivers are introduced to clients before they commence care with their clients to ensure there is mutual compatibility, and continue to receive further training, refresher training and personal development on an ongoing basis.

Care can be provided in Mitcham, Morden, Carshalton, Thornton Heath, South Norwood, Upper Norwood, West Norwood, Crystal Palace, Anerley, Penge, Dulwich, Sydenham, Streatham and Tooting.

My mother (and previously my father) have had, and continue to have, really friendly, professional support and reassurance from the lovely members of your team - always a pleasure to deal with and very considerate, thoughtful, and keen to be as helpful and as positive

The care that has been provided by Right at Home for my parents has been an absolute game-changer for our family. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Both my parents were reluctant to have help, but the Managers and the team have really won them over and made a big difference to their lives and in
particular their mental health. From providing day-to-day care and assistance with general tasks and also companionship, they have been excellent. The care has also relieved a lot of pressure from the rest of the family - we really can’t thank them enough.

I cannot recommend Right at Home highly enough. I live in Canada and so am unable to give the support to my sister I would want. The carers from Right at Home really do care! They are completely trustworthy. The improvement they have made to my sister's quality of life is huge. I know she is in safe

Right at Home has provided me with excellent care. What was very important to me was to have a carer I felt comfortable with and understood my needs. Right at Home worked hard to achieve this. The carers are all very lovely and excellent at caring. I feel the team in the office care and want to help

My uncle has been using Right at Home (Mitcham, Streatham & Dulwich) for a few years now, he has a live in carer. The service provided is excellent, my Uncle is in his nineties and prior to using Right at Home (Mitcham, Streatham & Dulwich) services he was frequently in hospital and then short stay
care homes. He is so much better and happier now with the excellent support he receives, which has enabled him to be where he is happiest, in his own home. It has given me complete peace of mind knowing that he is now being cared for as I would wish. All the staff that I have met and had dealings with from carers, managers to directors have all been kind, caring and very efficient. It has been a pleasure meeting them and to do business with them. I would have no reservations at all in thoroughly recommending Right at Home (Mitcham, Streatham & Dulwich).

The quality of care provided by both the manager and the carer are excellent, I really can't fault it at all. My elderly mother sees her carer as a friend and enjoys chatting with her. The carer manages to balance two things: ensuring my mum's wellbeing by helping her take her medicines, helping her
exercise, washing and plaiting her hair and some general household chores, but also, importantly, to stimulate her memory and conversation, and this makes her feel valued and looked after. The carer is a warm and caring person and having her coming over on 4 days while I'm working, has really taken a burden off my mind. The manager takes an active interest in my mum's welfare, readily responds to any enquiries and ensures that any messages from me reach the carer as soon as possible.
