Absolutely brilliant care. They befriended my dad and treated him with the utmost respect. Head office were so accommodating and always available if we had any questions or concerns. In fact they suggested elements that might help dad. He was in the best of care right up until the end. Really recommend.

We have been working with the 'We Care' team since April. From the management team to the guys that come out to care for our 94-year-old uncle they have been fantastic. Our uncle has great stories and is fiercely independent so we have worked to a plan that helps us keep him in his home whilst getting
the benefits of great care whilst letting us have the family time. We can't thank the team enough and as we go into the next phase we are confident that they will be there to help and advise.

My husband has been having carers to attend to him from July 2024 until now. They come in the mornings and shower and dress him. He always has a smile on his face when they arrive because they are always so cheerful and it is a good start to the day for him (and me)! I have been extremely pleased with
the care that We Care Together provide and would not hesitate in recommending their services to anyone. The office keeps me informed who is coming and the time of arrival so that helps me to plan my day.

We Care Together, which we have been using for 6 months, is a lifeline to myself who cares for my husband who has dementia & other medical problems. The carers call each morning always happy and smiling to wash and dress him then bring him downstairs for his breakfast. He has got to know the carers
and can chat and laugh with them. I like it that I get a weekly timetable so we know what time they will be arriving. Would definitely recommend this company.

I started We Care Together Southampton with my business partner back in 2016. We believe that care could be great, and delivery should only be delivered at the highest standards. Because of this, we have a very good reputation, and we have built this business on our experiences and knowledge.

I have been with We Care Together Southampton for 8 years. I have been very lucky to have the opportunity to progress whilst being here. I have gone from working evenings and weekends to now being a deputy Manager, working Monday- Wednesday in the office. I still go out and work weekends as I do enjoy going out to see our clients. I am looking forward to learning and developing so much more,
I have always believed you are never just the standard stereotype “carer”. Being a carer is being that person who can support someone to live day-to-day in their own home and to live independently. We as a team are always being confronted with the realities of people struggling to overcome an illness or disability, this allows us to appreciate the little things in life we all take for granted.


Being a carer is so many things, you become a friend for someone who has no family and needs a chat in their loneliest times. But I wouldn’t change my job for the world.


Once I get to know each of our clients, we build a relationship, the routine becomes smooth and the communication between us is something that I look forward to.


My work here has always made me feel appreciated and my hard work never goes unnoticed. You can tell the difference in a day’s work when you are working with a professional agency that takes care of their staff and support you, then it is the sort of role that you can turn into a real career.
