There is a small core of about 6 care assistants on the team that looks after Mum and they all know Mum personally and have a great rapport with her. The conscientious staff can be relied on to stick to the time that they are due to arrive, which means that Mum is never left worrying where they are. If necessary they will stay longer if needed. Mum was diagnosed with dementia and this was no problem at all
I thoroughly recommend Olive Care to anyone looking for a caring provider.

I would like to say that the carers are extremely kind to my husband and after receiving instruction on handling with a hoist when his condition worsened, appear to be very competent also. His needs are very challenging in as much as he is catheterised, has several pressure sores and has very low blood pressure and very poor circulation. He cannot walk, cannot stand and now he has reached the stage where he cannot feed himself, not hold a drink.
The carers meet visiting district nurses up to 3 times each week and they also appear to share my opinion of the carers.
Indeed they are very caring people, exactly what carers should be. They should be very proud. The management team appear to be extremely efficient and always very helpful when my husband's needs increased.
