Right at Home have kept me and the family clearly updated on any changes in my mother in law's health and well being. A caring, concerned attitude is shown by every staff member throughout the management team and hands on carers. They are all polite, friendly and show respect to my mother in law and

We have used Right at Home 3 times to cover when Mum's usual carers are away. The carers have all been excellent, very kind and great with Mum. She has been very comfortable with them all.
The office staff are very efficient and have organised the visits very well. I particularly like being able to
read the feedback on each visit that the carer updates online on leaving Mum. It gives me a good idea of how Mum is, and what has happened during the visit.
I would recommend them highly.+

The whole team at Right at Home are fantastic. They are professional, caring, trustworthy and dedicated.
The team provided care to my Dad for many years and without their ongoing support, he could not have remained living in his own home where he wanted to be. The carers were proactive and always
put my father in the centre of everything they did.
At times they went beyond in the care and support they provided to him and for that we will always be grateful.
In the last two weeks of his life they were so reactive in the care they provided to him and supported him to die at home with dignity and respect.
As a family they fully support us at this very difficult time and ensured we were all ok. Kind words, cups of tea, space when we needed it and all care for my Dad when we needed a few minutes to step away.
Thank you to all the staff. We so much appreciated everything you did for Dad and for us.

Right at Home have been providing care for over 18 months now for both my sister and brother-in-law and this has been excellent and very effective. I have found that the carers, staff and managers are dedicated with what they do and the overall service they provide and they always give excellent detailed
feedback, especially if there are specific incidents that need dealing with or raising of concerns. The carers are also well liked by my sister and brother-in-law. Overall an excellent and well run service and highly recommended.

Understand that care times are most in demand in the mornings. All that was available to me was 09:45.
I accepted this which was Later than I hoped. This has been difficult as time keeping has been erratic.
I understand reasons why, but several times it's been necessary for me to ring to find out
if anyone was indeed coming.
I would have expected that I should have been informed of any delay. Delays have been up to 25 minutes.
Not the carer's fault - but it seems their schedule is so tight, and patients need more time perhaps, that and distance to travel from
One venue to the next. They all are excellent, nice, friendly and a delight to have around.

Right at Home provided daily visit to my father, and he thought of the carer's as his girls and was always happy to see them, as they provided daily contact and met his day to day care needs.


As my father's needs changed Right at Home were able to meet his needs, right up to the time of his passing.

We short listed to 2, rang them both, asked the same questions and by 100%, Staff member at Right at Home blew us out of the water. She was kind, genuine, caring and answered all our questions. She remained professional

Right at Home supported my frail mother, who still lived at home, for a year until her recent demise. From the start, the engagement was positive with friendly and committed people and a solid assessment process. Although several carers attended my mother the number of people was kept to a minimum due
to her Alzheimer’s and all were punctual, engaging, friendly and efficient. They helped make my mother’s last year comfortable.

The Right at Home team came to our rescue when dads ability to cope independently at home surfaced. The team stepped in immediately with assessment advice, involving dad and the family.
Right at Home was extremely flexible to support dads needs and rapidly introduced him to his new team of carers.
The
team were professional throughout the time dad remained at home and flagged up changes and worries as they cropped up. We valued being able to look up the daily reports on our dedicated web page.

I have advanced MS with the use of my left thumb and index finger. I can operate my electric wheelchair, however, I need full assistance for all tasks including being hoisted between the wheelchair, recliner, and bed. My wife went away for some respite with her siblings. I needed a care company that
could come in for 3 hours in the morning to get me out of bed, into the bathroom for personal care, back to bed for dressing, and put back into my wheelchair. I had a close friend staying with me 24/7 to help outside of these times. We chose Right at Home after initial inquiries, conversations, and meeting with carers before the time. There was good rapport and we were confident my personal care needs would be met. The carers were very kind and professional. They made the experience acceptable and done with dignity. They were on time, friendly, courteous and caring. Understandably there were a few hiccups along the way, however, both the carers and the office team were very quick to respond.

My father-in-law received excellent care in his own home. The initial assessment was very detailed and subsequently the carers had a good understanding of his needs. The carers contacted me with queries and concerns as they occurred, which was good for clear communication. My father-in-law always remarked
on how friendly each carer was after their visits. A really good system from Right at Home is that any new carers are introduced to the client by familiar carers, this is so beneficial to a person with dementia. A big thank you to all the carers and office personnel at Right at Home.

We contacted Right at Home (Worthing and Shoreham), at very short notice for them, after our mum had an emergency admission to hospital in late April. Their response was both professional and reassuring, especially as our mum has always been fiercely independent and we were not sure how she would react
to having a carer coming every day. We needn't have worried. All of the carers, some of whom we have met in person, are lovely, very caring and very professional. They really focus on what my mum needs personally. We have also had a couple of emergencies where the response has been amazing, both from the team in the office and the individual carers. As we both (my sister and myself) live a long way away from Mum, the app they use is fantastic in reassuring us every day of the care she is receiving. Thank you Right at Home.
