After hearing so many bad news stories about agency staff not looking after their clients with respect, we spent a very long time speaking to different agencies about caring for our Mum. The manager at Right at Home had all the time in the world to speak with me about Mum's needs and was exceptionally
sympathetic and kind with his support and suggestions.
Mum really liked ALL of the carers. They seemed so caring and kind, and we had the opportunity to introduce them to Mum before their visits so that they wouldn't be strangers to her.


Right at Home use an app to record all their visits, and we were able to access this to see how the visits had gone. I could also see in advance who was coming to Mum each week so that she knew who would be turning up.


I can't recommend this agency highly enough - the staff are all lovely, the management/admin team are responsive and helpful. Everything was handled very professionally, but with a personal touch. Thank you so much.

The managing director and his team were superlative in every way with my Mum's care needs. I had tried another agency to get her confidence (early Alzheimer's) with poor results.


However, his approach and that of his team was professional, caring and 100% confident they would get a result - which

they did.


They are probably not the cheapest: but I don't want "cheap" when it comes to looking after my Mum: I want "good" - in fact, I want "excellent". They were, indeed, excellent.


I would not hesitate to recommend Right at Home. They were fantastic. They seriously took the stress out of what was becoming a stressful situation.

My husband and I have been very impressed by Right At Home. To start with they did a fantastic job in matching the right carers/companions with my father-in-law. They selected staff who have travelled as my father-in-law has. They have been stimulating and fun for him to chat to. It was so reassuring
while we were away that he had such wonderful company.

My elderly mother had an operation at short notice, and we required home care assistance at short notice for when she came out of the hospital, especially as her family live some distance away.
I contacted Right at Home and they were very helpful and arranged the visits at short notice. From the start
my mother found the staff to be very caring and attentive and prepared to help with any tasks around the house that she needed doing, including preparation of her meals, cleaning, shopping, doing clothes washing and washing up. They were very respectful of my mother and her house, and she valued the company and conversations during the hour-long visits as well.
The help that my mother received has, without doubt, speeded up her recovery and the family have been most grateful for all the help that the Company provided. I would not hesitate to recommend Right at Home for any level of home care that is needed.

We recently took on care/assistance for my elderly father, who has mobility issues and used Right At Home (Shoreham area) after seeing previous positive responses.
As the son, I have met the carer who comes into assist my father and have been very pleased with what is being done for him, getting him
up, dressed and breakfast preparation, which is a great help to me knowing he is being well supported. They have been extremely helpful adding extra assistance (if I am away for example) and the quality of care I have witnessed and my father tells me is very high.
Very trustworthy and reliable, and the care support worker also has been willing once my father has been gotten up, to do other things like cleaning his kitchen, or even ironing.
So far we have had a very positive impression from Right At Home. I would certainly recommend them.
