We apologize on behalf of everyone at Valor Care Services. Please know that your situation was an exception. We are known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our customers. We can’t fix the past, but our personal commitment is to improve the way our staff serves every client. Please accept my sincerest apologies on behalf of everyone on the team. “We always aim to deliver a great experience to our service users, and we are disappointed when we don’t meet some family’s expectations. We will use the feedback to make us better and to ensure this doesn’t happen again.” Because of regulations, we can’t discuss any specifics about your comments. However, we are committed in always providing our clients with high-quality care from fully trained staff. One year ago, in August 2022, we were inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and found that Staff and management work effectively with services user, our practice was safe, and caring, we were responsive and well-led.
