I can only apologise for the problems you've highlighted, we set very high standards and are truly sorry to hear that this happened. I am putting new measures and procedures in place to stop events like this recurring and will be contacting you directly with more details. In the meantime, I will also make sure your Aunt's Carer knows how happy you all are.
