The staff were always kind and helpful and their care enabled both my father and mother to maintain their dignity and to continue living in their own home. On the occasions when the dates of visits needed to be changed at relatively short notice the office team were always accommodating.

Stacey

Stacey Dwyer

Job Title: Registered Manager

Joined: 2020

Stacey has worked in the care sector for the past 21 years, predominantly in Mental Health Nursing with the NHS, during this time she worked with a variety of people who experience mental health issues and complex needs as well as people with learning disabilities and physical illnesses.


Stacey has gained a wealth of clinical knowledge in this field. More latterly, Stacey has worked as a Registered manager and is able to bring to the team a significant amount of clinical background to help clients and their families achieve the best outcome with them at the centre of their care.


Stacey has worked with staff of all levels throughout her career and knows that good leadership is key to a happy and productive workforce. She believes in providing the best experience to clients, families, carers and staff to ensure we are delivering gold-standard care. Stacey strongly believes that people should receive support in their own familiar surroundings and is passionate about keeping people at home should this be their wish.


Stacey is passionate about investing heavily in supporting all the staff to improve their own knowledge, experience and qualifications as she knows this helps people to deliver the highest possible standards.


Lorna

Lorna Scholey

Job Title: Care Co-ordinator

Lorna is our Care Coordinator and has worked for the Respectful Care for the past 8 years.
Lorna is the person who ensures the clients have the correct logistical care and support they need at the times they choose and with the carers of their choice and preference, providing continuity at all times. Lorna also has responsibility for the staff rota, ensuring the staff get the correct number of hours each week but also have a healthy work-life balance.


Care was always something Lorna wanted to do as she started to support her parents when they became unwell. Lorna was introduced to the company with a friend 8 years ago initially joining as a care and support worker. During this time Lorna progressed to the role of Mentor (Senior Carer) which meant she had added responsibility for training and mentoring new and existing staff.


Lorna strives to be the best she can be and helps others to do the same. These qualities as well as Lorna’s passion and dedication have helped Lorna to progress internally within the company to a more senior management role. Lorna has worked in care for many years but states she has never been happier!


Jeanette

Jeanette Oscroft

Job Title: Team Leader

Jeanette started in care 25 years ago when her children were little as the hours suited and worked around their school hours. Jeanette has worked in various areas of care including care homes for the elderly, adults with learning disability and autism and spent many years working in the community and has always come back to community care as this is where her passion is. Jeanette has been with Respectful Care for 11 years and started working as a carer, before progressing to care Co-ordinator and now a Field Team leader, Jeanette came to work for the Arnold Branch of Respectful Care in June 2021 and is really enjoying the role and working with the staff team and clients.


Nicole

Nicole Bull

Job Title: Staff Lead

Joined: 2024

Nicole has been working in the care sector since 2019. She started in care as a care and support worker in Domiciliary care where she gained a passion for care and wanted to progress.
She then moved to a different care company with a role of Team Leader and worked with different conditions such as Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Diabetes, Strokes, Learning difficulties, and Brain injuries.
Nicole joined the Respectful Care team in June 2024 as Staff Team Leader and has enjoyed working and getting to know everyone. Nicole supports the staff team with regular support sessions and assisting new staff through their employment.


Kiana

Kiana Knight

Job Title: Client Team Leader

Joined: 2024

Kiana was a student at Bishop Grosseteste university in Lincoln where she started to do care of the community. Kiana built a passion for care and wanted to pursue this. She moved back to Sutton in Ashfield where she began working within a care home and quickly progressed her way to senior care assistant. She has worked with a variety of conditions such as dementia, strokes, diabetes and learning difficulties.


Kiana joined the Respectful Care team in March 2024 as a carer within the Hucknall and Eastwood areas and recently progressed to join our office team as client team leader.


Kiana is one of our client team leaders. Kiana will be the one to complete your initial assessments and create your person-centred care plans to identify your needs. You’ll see Kiana quite often as they will be out to visit you to ensure all your needs are met and up to date and complete all your scheduled reviews.


Heather

Heather Smith

Job Title: Client Team Leader

Joined: 2025

Our newest addition to the group, Heather began working for Respectful Care in January 2025, she recently moved to Nottingham, she has had many years’ experiences in the care sector and most recently has worked in a care home as a Unit Manager with advanced dementia residents, End of life, Stroke, PEG, diabetes and wound care.


Heather is one of our client team leaders. Heather will be one of the ladies to help create your person-centred care plans to identify your needs. You’ll see Heather quite often as she will be out to visit you to ensure all your needs are met and up to date and complete all your scheduled reviews.
