Respectful Care have been an amazing support to my mum and dad over the last ten months. They both developed a good relationship with the carers and they gave my mum a rest from being Dad's main carer. Nothing has been too much trouble.
Unfortunately, my mum passed away suddenly which left Dad alone
with severe dementia and we had to make the tough decision to put him into full-time dementia care.
Thank you to you all at Respectful Care, you've been brilliant. I would highly recommend this company.

I would totally recommend Respectful Care to anyone looking for a care agency - their carers and managerial / administration staff are excellent. It is very rare to come across such a good care company who are able to deal with your relative's needs in a very professional yet friendly manner. The company
have been very kind, considerate and supporting to both my mother who has dementia and to myself and my brother in helping us to cope with a relative with such a dreadful illness.

The staff who come regularly have such a wonderful rapport with him and he looks forward to them every day. For anyone looking for a new care team please do not hesitate

The care provided for my mother, who is still recovering from a serious operation on her back (tumour discovered growing in her spine), has been very professional. My mother has problems associated with her mobility and exhibits challenging behaviour and Respectful Care has assisted in her care needs
to a very high standard.
As I live a considerable distance from my mother, it has been important to engage the services of a reputable care company. Respectful Care has lived up to its name.

The care provided for my mum, who was recently diagnosed with vascular dementia, is so caring and professional. It gives our family peace of mind as we don't live nearby and knowing someone is going in every day is so important. Mum can be a bit tricky at times but the carers are positive and understand
the challenges and needs of these individual cases. Thank you for helping us at a very difficult time and helping us through.

My father has vascular dementia, with associated needs, and receives twice daily care visits. Although he is a lively character, he can be a bit 'tricky' and refuse care on occasion. His carers and the Head Office team are outstanding and always go the extra mile to give him and the family the support
we need. I recommend Respectful Care to anyone seeking flexible home care for an elderly relative - the company has far exceeded our expectations. Quite simply, we couldn't manage without them!

I have been using Respectful Care for 9 months. Their care and service is excellent. All members of staff are polite and caring. They are punctual and do a very good job. On the few occasions I have had a problem, the office staff have sorted it out quickly and without fuss. My deceased mother also
used their services whilst she was ill and they made her final months as easy for her and the family as possible with their kindness and support. Thank you so much. I would recommend Respectful Care without question.

We started using Respectful Care in April for both my parents who have Dementia, and we have been extremely happy with the flexibility of arranging the carers in changing circumstances. Nothing is too much trouble for the office team. The carers have all been kind and understanding of both my parent's
needs, and supportive of me, as their primary carer. I can highly recommend the WB branch of Respectful Care.

Respectful care provided excellent care and support to my mother for over two years, until January 2019. Their skill, dedication and commitment enabled her to remain in her own home much longer than we could ever have hoped for. The company have some extremely experienced and well trained carers who
treated my mother as an individual, respected her wishes, her home and valued her input to her care package. The carers were always willing to take the time required during visits, and are able to understand when a little more is required. My mother always reported feeling reassured by the visits and level of care she received. My mother was able to build trusting and secure relationships with the cares which enhanced her life. As a relative, I have found the management team to be very receptive, and supportive to any requests, and facilities good communication with me.

I will remember the kindness of this team towards my mum and me for a very long time.

I have only been using Respectful Care for a short period for the care of my brother who has Parkinsons but they have been extremely helpful in getting the right care plan in place and helping me to access the correct help. The carers have all been very friendly and helpful and although it was something
my brother did not want he has become quite friendly with them and I think enjoys having a laugh and joke when he is having a good day.

Respectful Care has been great with my nan since they have started caring for her. My nan looks forward to the carers coming. They always put a smile on her face. The carers are very patient and give her a lot of respect. If my nan needs her call times changing the office staff are really good and accommodate
what she needs.
I would recommend this company very highly.

Susan Goffin’s journey into care started when she joined a nursing home in Beeston working weekends (when she was just 15 years old!) She soon left school and went to college where she studied for her NVQ level 2 in Business Administration and I.T. Susan found this unfulfilling and missed her responsibilities at the care home. Having enjoyed her work in care, Susan returned to work at a residential for 7 years.

Susan first started working in domiciliary after she had her first child in 2003. She worked there for a further 7 years where she gained experience in the community. Susan is a big promoter of care in the community as it allows vulnerable adults to remain as independent as possible, for longer.

Susan worked her way up to the Field Supervisor and then Care-Coordinator. She now works for Respectful Care as a Client Team Leader where she reviews our client’s care to make sure they are happy with what they receive.
