InSafeHands have been caring for my daughter for 6 years and in that time she has been cared for extremely well by the carer and the company. She has come on leaps and bounds, her confidence has grown and she is a very happy and contented young lady. We are grateful for all the support my daughter and
ourselves have received from the company and especially the carer.

My friend has found the care he has received to be exceptional. The carers are always friendly and helpful. Whenever there has been an issue the company have always come through to help.

Very happy with service generally. A bit anxious about the carer leaving and hoping the same level of good service will continue as I have a new main carer. Communication regarding the change of time of carer coming in the morning needs to be clarified if a change is to occur.

Most of the ladies who look after my mother are very good. Occasionally some need a little more training.

Many thanks for taking the time to complete a home care review for our care service - I was delighted to see our 4* rating in relation to the care that we provide for your mother. We endeavour to train our staff effectively but are also mindful that some staff are more experienced and have undertaken more learning than others. We do try to be mindful of peoples skills when allocating them to clients so that the overall team of carers for individual clients is balanced in terms of expertise. However, our main aim is for our staff to have a caring disposition that we can then build on in relation to training.

Most carers are good, some not so good. Most are willing to do anything. Some are stressed to get too much work put on them. Ridiculous asking me for a review as I have no experience to compare it with.

Very, very impressed with the service from InSafeHands Ltd. All the carers are very caring and supportive, they became part of the family providing both friendship but also support. Particularly good is the information provided on the clients activity and their willingness to report concerns. The office
and support staff are also most helpful, being able to accommodate changes at short notice. Have recommended this organisation to many people.

The manager and all the staff at InSafeHands go above and beyond that normal care services provider would give. The manager and her colleagues show empathy and compassion in the service that they all provide, and you may start as a client, but in the end, you'll finish as a friend. I would highly recommend
that anyone would like to utilise the service they provide in the near future.

The team at InSafeHands have been looking after my Aunt, who had dementia, for the last 4 years until her recent passing. Her and our situation were somewhat unique in that my Aunt had no family living in the UK. Therefore, we spent considerable time searching for a care company who we could be confident
would help us ensure my Aunt received the support she needed to enjoy a full and safe life while working closely with us in terms of systems. With InSafeHands, we found exactly what we needed - a caring team that understood our situation and adapted their model to ensure great care and attention for my Aunt, and developed the systems necessary for us to monitor the level of care. What sets any organization apart is the quality of leadership and the culture that the leadership imbues in their team. At InSafeHands, the leadership is responsive and empathetic, and the team is exactly the same. We are grateful for the kindness and caring of InSafeHands. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Great reliable service from all the care staff attending mum excellent communication and support from manager even after Mum no longer needed their services when she went into hospital and later into a care home where she passed away.
Did everything that was asked and more besides.

Rachel has a well-developed knowledge and experience of health and social care services, spanning both clinical professional and managerial roles. Rachel is a Registered General Nurse (RGN), she is proud to be able to say that the service is truly Nurse led.


Having established the InSafeHands business in 2009 she has developed this business to a high standard of service delivery with high care standards and has led the business to achieve a CQC rating of GOOD.


She has a very “hands-on” and inclusive leadership style and is always on hand to support her staff.


Rachel values her staff and appreciates valuable family time therefore ensures that all her staff have a good work-life balance.

Milly joined the company after completing a Business Administration apprenticeship in 2020. She is the main support to both the Service Co-Ordinator and Financial Administrator.


Milly is an asset to our team and very supportive to all the team members, both office and care staff, helping to resolve any issues that may arise and ensure that all the Client's care needs are being met and with staff rostered accordingly. Milly works hard as part of the overall team.


She is planning to undertake further qualifications to take on a wider remit within the company moving forward.
