I have been having HRM Homecare Services - Central West for a year and am happy with the carers provided. My only complaint is that there is not enough time allocated for the girls to spend time with me. I feel lonely without care.

Very efficient service creating a stress-free service for my mother-in-law. The staff are very good, polite, and caring. The service has been very reliable, making sure when staff are off they backfilled efficiently. The payment is easy.

Both male, personal carers have been first class. Both attend on time and both are friendly and professional. With initial misgivings at 91 years old, of having male personal carers, I was relieved when I met them, as they are so professional.

My mum was a bit apprehensive at the beginning but everything has worked well. She seems quite settled and likes the girls that come in to her.

My father-in-law has used HRM Homecare Service for over a year with increased provision since his discharge from hospital in April.
All staff are friendly, respectful and make sure that his needs are met, even when he cannot always express his needs. The staff are good at communicating with the family
and go above and beyond frequently, especially helping looking for lost hearing aids, teeth and fall alarms. It is hugely reassuring for his family to know that he is being cared for and we can take a break with peace of mind.

I have been with HRM Homecare Services since 2020 and I am satisfied with the service and care that I get. The people that I receive from them is very good and give me 110% 7 days a week. They also go to extreme care helping with me doing different things around the house. I always like having a talk

I gave a poor review for management because three times I phoned to request someone to have my carpet cleaned after one carer accidentally got oil marks on it, and I was told someone would get back to me and no one did. I felt I was being ignored and ended up getting a family member to do it.

I have had care from HRM Homecare Services - Central West for almost 7 years. My mobility has decreased and care required has increased. There must have been hundreds of carers who have come across my door, and I am always glad to see them. They meet my needs, and I am able to tell them what to do.
