Generally very good. Carers seem to be very good with their client, some are much better than others, but none are bad.
My only very minor criticism is some carers, but not all, do not seem to have a great deal of common sense. Little things like not checking use-by dates on food/milk. Not bleaching
the sink/toilet or putting general waste in the brown bin, which is for garden waste.
I have to add that the client is very happy with the carers and states how lovely they are.

So my mother has been receiving care from this agency for the last four years. Throughout this time, we have found them to be caring, courteous and professional.
As time has gone passed and my mother’s needs have grown, then so has the support from SRS.
Occasionally issues do arise, and I fully
appreciate that things don’t always go to plan. If anything needs raising, I find them very approachable, immediately they recognise me and know my mother very well. Things are resolved very quickly.
Throughout the pandemic, bad weather and the occasional car breakdown, they have never let us down in providing care.
Although the carers are there to complete tasks, they have a very natural and caring approach. I overhear carers and my mum share a laugh as personal care is being delivered.

Our family are very happy with the care our mum receives. She has three visits per day and is treated with kindness and respect by the team. Communication is good, and carers respond quickly to any requests we make. Mum’s life has transformed with the support and care she receives. Highly recommended.
