We charge half hour, 3/4 hour and hourly rates, plus a flat travel charge of £4.50 per visit. We also provide waking and sleeping night services. Full costings can be provided.

About me
Hello, my name is Nicolette. My responsibilities at Helping Hands are to manage a team, both office and care staff, to deliver a high standard of care to those individuals we support in their own homes. I'm responsible for recruiting the carers, as well as working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure we gain holistic knowledge of those we support and can assist them regardless of their age/needs/conditions.
I was inspired to join Helping Hands due to their great reputation for how they treat their employees and most importantly care staff. This is not common amongst care companies, and I was very keen to ensure I worked for the right company who invests in looking after their amazing care staff.
Thanks to our wonderful care staff, the service we provide is one of the best in Leicester. Each and every member of the care staff I would have look after myself, they truly are caring by nature and a wonderful team to manage.
Experience and expertise
I joined the care industry in September 2009 and my passion for the industry slowly increased through working within different sectors and completing a degree in health and social care. Since then, my passion for delivering quality care has only increased and I am always looking for new ways to improve.
