I've found them all considerate, sensitive and sensible but where they score is that they're kept up with the times. and not only help with domestic matters but with the daily technical chores of adjustments, timings, switching, positioning and replenishing that dogs the modern house.

Job Title: Branch Care Manager

About me

As a care manager, I am responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations within the care setting, including recruiting and managing staff, managing budgets and ensuring that the quality of the services provided meets the CQC standards.
My inspiration to join care was maintaining the independence and dignity of my customers and making a difference in their lives with compassion and kindness.
I am proud to offer excellence in care service and first-rate quality at all times. My team of carers are experienced, qualified, trained, and always willing to offer more and more with their love and compassion. Our unity is our strength; there is team work and collaboration, therefore we are able to provide and achieve success.
I am caring, loving, hardworking, dedicated and passionate about everything I do. I live in a joint family with my in-laws, husband and daughter. I love spending time with my family, going out to nature-friendly places such as beaches, parks, forests etc. I love reading and playing with my daughter. I offer my service at Spiritual Organisation and imbibe the teachings in my day-to-day life.

Experience and expertise

My work as Branch Care Manager and Registered Manager at Helping Hands has been rewarding and I have received great opportunities to learn and manage the wonderful teams for both Branches; Highbury & Islington and Richmond. I am grateful to the senior management and proud to be a part of an organisation whose foundation is to practice "Kindness" always.
I am a well qualified, competent, and knowledgeable person with over 15 years of experience in Health & Social Care. I currently hold NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management and have a BA Business Administration in Marketing. I am continuing to upskill my knowledge and experience to offer versatile support to my community.
I joined the care industry in 2006, and in my current role my duties and responsibilities include finance and payroll, recruitment, co-ordinating, being an advanced medication trainer, branch manager and registered manager.

Why I chose Helping Hands

I chose Helping Hands as they offer a wide opportunity to excel from every position and work towards the development of their staff.
I would like to grow and achieve satisfaction and contentment within my job roles, offer the best standard of care to my customers, and work towards the development of my care staff and office staff.
The best thing I love about my job is offering myself the noble cause of bringing a difference and maintaining independence in my customers' lives.
