My Homecare (Slough/South Berks and Oxford) offers a quality, first class care service for people who need help and assistance in their own home.

From simple visits where a little help is required, through to full complex care packages, the carers arrive at pre-arranged times and are provided with the time, training and commitment to be able to care for the person. My Homecare also provides 24 hours care and living care services.

Those who, either through illness or injury, require assistance to maintain their well-being, whilst continuing to live in their own home, are supported by My Homecare.

Staff provide a range of care services from domiciliary care,24 hours, night care, cleaning/domestic care and specialist care services including live-in care.

We appreciate the care and friendliness of the staff. The consistency is another thing to be appreciated. The time they arrive, the small number of carers we see (they don't change every day, chosen from a really large group). It allows me to get to know them and they can see the changes in the 'cared
for'.

I have found the carers to be very caring and compassionate. Always treating my Mother with dignity and very supportive of me personally as a family member also caring for my Mother 5 days a week. The service is excellent and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Experience is variable, consistent with the variety of mixed teams, sometimes as frequent as daily. As with most work teams, certain partnerships with persons of similar work knowledge and ethic will create a more favourable outcome in my own personal view. My medical and physical conditions often create
nervousness as to who will appear on a daily basis. Though I understand that seemingly you need to do this my personal preference would be for a consistent pairing. creating knowledge and confidence in both directions.

I am pleased with the care my mother receives. Although, the timing could be improved greatly. Certain members of staff that have visited my mother are and have been fantastic. I hope this will continue.

I would like to thank your staff in Slough area. I am a retired nurse midwife and health visitor. My husband has mixed dementia and can be extremely challenging.
