The team have been going to my/our dad's since last year. They are great and provide personal care, assist him with washing and also stay and chat for a while.
He looks forward to the visit every week and as a family, we are happy with the care provided and communication from them to us.

An excellent care agency that is both well run and committed to delivering high-quality care. Its staff are motivated and communicate in a person-centred way while maintaining a focus on their professional responsibilities. The agency has a lot of experience of supporting severely disabled people who
live in the community with round the clock care and employs both men and women of a wide age range who are able to adapt to the different needs of each customer/client.

My daughter is really well looked after. The carers are really good and considerate. Very friendly. They are all approachable at any time. My daughter is happy and that's the main thing. Everyone is very supportive and my daughter's dignity is always adhered to.

Elizabeth Rose staff members are like extended family. They go beyond their call of duty, helping with jobs around the house. There is never any awkwardness and I feel comfortable having them in my home. My family have experienced some really difficult times recently. All members have been there to
listen to us rant and care for my Dad with respect, even when he is being a pain.

Our carer has built a super relationship with my mother. Very caring, compassionate and most of all fun! She has the ability to keep situations under control and provide huge support to the family. Knowing we can leave her with them with no concerns for her safety and welfare flexible with timing and
helpful beyond personal care couldn't manage without them.

I'm very happy with the service I get from my care worker.
She helps me to get ready for my day. Help with my showers and the washing. She assists me with my breakfast and we always have a good chat and we get on well.
Elizabeth Rose has really helped me to feel at ease with the care I now need.
