Hales Homecare Hertfordshire provides outstanding, bespoke domiciliary care, specially tailored to your requirements. They can help you maintain your independence and live an enjoyable independent life, with a little added support.

They offer domiciliary care to enable you to remain living comfortably in your home, rather than face the upheaval of moving to residential care.

Hales Homecare is registered by the Quality Care Commission (CQC), which regulates care standards. Hales Homecare Hertfordshire exceeds these care standards, which means that you can rest assured that you will receive professional, outstanding care from fully trained care workers.

They are able to provide domestic support, offering a sensitive personal care service to assist with washing, dressing and toileting, amongst other daily tasks. Hales' friendly carers are also happy to accompany you on any outings and to any appointments and can even come with you on holidays so that you don’t miss out on exciting opportunities.

Hales appreciates that your needs may change which is why they are entirely flexible to your requirements. They can visit you as much as you require, from just a few times a week through to several times a day, and they can also provide full live-in care.

It can be difficult to accept care and welcome someone into your home to address sensitive issues. They fully understand this and want you to feel as comfortable as possible. Hales Homecare's devoted carers are professionally trained to care for a variety of complex conditions and needs and all undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service check so you can rest assured that you will be in safe hands.

If you would like to talk through your care needs and find out how Hales Homecare could help you, please call or email.

Good experience but would appreciate a phone call if carers are severely delayed for any reason.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for our Hertfordshire service. We welcome your feedback and will pass on the comments to the local branch manager to ensure any necessary action is taken. Unfortunately, sometimes emergency delays earlier on in a rota can impact on our care teams timekeeping. We are always looking at ways to improve communication and involvement of service users in our communities, with that in mind, we will make sure that the branch discuss with you our homecare app which may be appropriate for you to be able to see whether your carers are running late at any time. Thank you, once again, for your review.

My mother has had fantastic carers over a number of years, caring for all her needs and requirements as she is bedbound. Over the past year, the company did have staffing issues at the beginning of the year and started to miss out on some of her visits, at present her breakfast and lunchtime visits
are combined. They arrive around 10.30, sometimes later which I believe is way too late. Added to this, as my mum needs to be hosted onto the commode, two carers are required every visit but many times only one turns up. I have nothing but praise for the carers, something I can't say about the managers.

All the carers that Hales have provided for my husband have been very efficient and have shown a very high standard of care. Very friendly and helpful. We look forward to seeing them at every visit. We cannot select one particular carer who we feel stands out from any other.
