Please note no additional fees to the charges above. These rates include assessments, care plans, reviews, travel and mileage for the carers etc. We will review medication but any tasks such as ordering medication will need to be covered in the visit time or charged additionally.

It is so lovely to hear that you value the carer's friendship, as well as their practical professional support. Friendship and personal connection are such a valuable aspect of everyone's day to day; it is really lovely to hear you receive that from the carers. We do ensure we keep continuity with our carers - and clients, however, we do appreciate that any changes (such as holiday cover, or even working-pattern change from a staff member) can feel significant. We always do everything we can in the instances which we as the management team, can control. We conduct frequent satisfaction calls, and 'friendship' visits from the management team each month to ensure we receive people's feedback, views and suggestions on the service as our main goal has always been, and will continue to always be, the best outcomes possible for you, the person receiving the service. Emergency cover and staff sickness can make it difficult to ensure the same carer attends each visit 7 days a week, but we do try to keep this to the same 3-4 staff members weekly.
