Our carers have been absolutely outstanding. We didn't know what to expect when dad came home from hospital as he had lived alone and done everything for himself for years. They could not have made the transition easier, communicating with dad and the family especially in the early days of the visit
made such a difference. Its a pleasure to have them looking after dad and assist with his care.

Excellence service, the carers are sympathetic and very caring towards my father's needs. He has several ailments and they are a very calming influence when he has a dementia episode.
It is very useful to have the continuity of the same carers who know my father's needs.
Thankful that we have Aims
carers in our lives.

We have been using Aims Homecare for my mother for nearly 2 years now and have always had wonderful service from them.
The agency has been able to adapt to her needs very quickly. We started with 2 single visits daily to the current 4 visits with 2 carers daily.
The teams have always been attentive
to my mother's needs/requests and are so supportive of the family. We cannot sing their praises highly enough for their dedication and punctuality (traffic and other client dependent).
We couldn't manage without them!
Thank you for making my mother so comfortable and engaging with her to keep her mind active when we relive stories with her.

During the last month we have had new carers due to the changing needs of my mother. We were very sad to lose our carer but are equally pleased with the new carers. Mother seems very settled and pleased with them which is important at this stage in her life. During this transition, we were pleased to
see the manager visit Mum and ourselves to see that everything was satisfactory and we were happy. These carers ensure my mother has dignity at all times and is extremely attentive to her needs.

Excellent care. My wife is totally dependent. Carers are very gentle when washing her. Any movement causes discomfort, but they take great care to minimize this. Usually, we have the same carers, which provides some continuity for my wife. They always explain and ask her before performing any procedure.

We have used Aims Homecare Ltd for 3 years. My mother-in-law requires care 4 times a day. We have 2 regular carers giving continuity of care. Both carers contact us immediately if any issues, they are both proactive. With regular carers, we have developed a good relationship with them both. They both
treat our mother-in-law with dignity and respect. She despite mental health issues looks forward to seeing them both. They spend time sharing life stories, making her feel involved.

My mother and I both love Aims Homecare. We've had many care agencies over the years and Aims has been the best. They have always given us lovely carers who genuinely want to do a good job. The office always deals with concerns quickly and are always friendly to talk to.

I am wheelchair bound and I need a carer. She is extremely reliable, honest, dependable and has a good sense of humour. She helps to get me up in the morning, sees me a couple of times during the day, helping me with personal care and puts me to bed at night.

I think I have been very very fortunate to have had the carer I have had, I did not have her on a Friday and the carer who takes coffee has got used to my ways but as you send different nurses, it makes it difficult for me to write this, but I would like you to know that the carer I have regularly has
been just such a wonderful help and I look forwards to her AM and PM visits. My sister does all my visits and booking of doctor appointments, all my shopping as well. Thank you.

My carer is kind and helpful. She generally wakes me up in the mornings and I go to the bathroom for a wash (I haven't had a shower yet).
If I need something altered she always does this for me. If I try to help get my breakfast she tells me to go and sit down. She generally gives me my hearing aids
so I do not need to shout at her! I get a choice of meals and I take my pills. I am quite pleased with her.

Aims Homecare have been providing twice daily homecare visits to my father since he came out of hospital at the end of last year, having had a bad fall that left him unable to walk without the aid of a zimmer frame. The carer is very kind and compassionate and extremely efficient. She always calls me
if my father has any issues or if she has any concerns about his well-being. I like the fact that she is the consistent carer so she has built up a relationship with both my parents and myself. When she has days off, the other carers are equally professional and kind.
I have been delighted with the level of care Aims have provided and I feel that they have my father's best interests at heart. In short, it's clear that they really care.
