My father's main carer visits 4 times a day at regular, consistent times and always contacts me with any concerns straight away to get any issues resolved as quickly as possible. She goes out of her way to help and genuinely cares about him. She is very hardworking and committed. The district nurse also mentioned how happy my father was to see her and how responsive he was towards her.
For me personally, SD Care has been a huge comfort and support; they really do feel like family! I would highly recommend it.
