We are so happy with you. You have made life so much better for my mum, treating her with respect and dignity. You are all amazing and go above and beyond your normal duties. Very caring and genuine.

The members of the senior management team are considerate and conscientious and lead by example to create a caring ethos. My 94-year-old father has mixed dementia and has been unsettled by young care workers with limited experience. The members have responded positively to concerns and have adapted
accordingly. The more experienced care workers instil confidence are kind and respectful, and they spend time putting Dad at ease. The administrative support staff are also very helpful.

Great comms, looks after mum well, although mum can be very tedious at times. Mum's bungalow is amazingly clean. They try really hard to get her to eat and wash (to no avail), but they still persevere in a nice, positive way.

My father is very happy with his carers, as am I. Dad has many illnesses, including dementia, diabetes, heart failure and kidney failure. The help and support given by his carer team has been amazing.
We have no complaints, and my dad considers the ones who have been with him since the beginning of
Covid as friends.
His carers are really lovely people who really do care, and I can not praise them enough. They always manage to get to him, even in harsh weather times and go over and above to make him feel comfortable and safe.
There is good communication between myself and the carers, and I have full confidence in them all. I honestly do not know how we would have gotten through the last two years without the support and dedication of these lovely people.
I would recommend Yorkshire and Humber to anyone needing support for their loved ones. I am also impressed by the support team, who regularly contact me to ask if we are happy with the care being provided.

We have found the care provision provided by York’s and Humber Healthcare Alliance very satisfactory. The staff are very polite, on time and helpful. The service allows us to plan for the unexpected when additional cover may be required or requests are made at short notice. My fathers flat is left tidy
and clean, which we find excellent, and he appreciates the time the staff take to have a conversation.

I continue to receive excellent care from the ladies at Yorkshire and Humber. I get on very well with the girls, and many are good friends.
They are very helpful and do what I ask.
I feel the girls are overworked, and the lack of transport does not help.
Thank you.

The agency has given excellent care over the past 18-months during very difficult circumstances as a result of the pandemic. Carers have been kind, patient, tolerant and committed to a high standard of physical care. Despite the challenges, my mother being of very advanced age but strong opinions, they
have been flexible, respectful and inclusive. I have felt very much 'part of the team' in meeting my mother's care needs and have also valued the encouragement and emotional support of the carers.

I find Yorkshire and Humber Healthcare Alliance a very excellent company. They always try to be on time and are always polite and respectful. They always put me first and I am always given a choice. The staff are respectful at all times. Other companies I have used are not on time and not respectful.
Yorkshire and Humber Healthcare Alliance staff really care.

The carers and staff which come every day are always so pleasant and cheerful, and we always have a good laugh and joke with them, as they get on well with the job in hand. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They also arrange to come early when I have hospital appointments. I would like to thank
them all on behalf of my husband and myself, as we couldn't have managed without them.

Main carers are excellent and are now being used regularly which is better all around. Mainly on time unless there have been problems with a previous client. They are always polite, caring and friendly.

Always pleasant and professional but kind. They don't get paid enough as it is mostly physical work. Helpful with suggestions as to how to do things. Hats off to them, they have been here all through the pandemic.

All the carers are very good with my Dad. They have a lot to put up with as he can be quite rude. They are always willing to help with all the jobs.

The carers are friendly and efficient. They are very patient with Mum, even when she seems uncooperative. They carry out the tasks with respect and good humour. They are smart and comply with the regulations - not easy in these COVID times. Regularly, I receive a call from the office to make sure everything
is satisfactory - which it is. Any suggestions are dealt with sympathetically.

Everyone is extremely pleasant and kind. Timing can be a bit erratic, probably due to lack of transport.
