Job Title: Operations Manager & Director

I commenced my professional journey as an accounts clerk in the farming insurance brokerage industry.

Subsequently, I transitioned to the care industry, where I acquired invaluable expertise. My motivation stemmed from an innate desire to assist people with their fundamental needs, which have a profound impact on their lives. I then pursued official nursing training and obtained a Mental Health Nursing certification, amassing 17 years of extensive experience. As a registered Mental Health Nurse with the NMC (UK), I have worked in diverse settings, including community settings, rehabilitation centres, adult acute units, adult medium secure units, adolescents' medium secure units, and A&E liaison nurse.

I conducted comprehensive mental health risk assessments in these settings.

Throughout my career, I have dealt with various age groups, assessed referrals, determined the appropriate degree of intervention, and served as a screening practitioner. I have utilized a range of service approaches in mental health and worked independently as a mental health nurse. Subsequently, I extended my career by becoming a Health Visitor, specializing in working with families with children under five years old. During this phase, I honed my practitioner skills and demonstrated my ability to prioritize and manage workloads while assisting team members. I hold preparation and organization in high regard and consistently strive to achieve and exceed goals in my assigned workspace.

My professional demeanour is characterized by my confidence in handling challenging situations with patients and their families. I possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, handle sensitive data with ease, and possess a thorough understanding of how to evaluate both qualitative and quantitative research. My approach is centred on collaborative work, and I take pride in completing tasks accurately the first time to ensure efficient resource allocation.

As the Director of Empathy Care24 Limited, I have worked within the organization as the Registered Manager and the Nominated Individual with the CQC.
