  A Person-Centred Care Support which is tailored to specific requirements of needs to fulfil lives. The support can range from ‘floating support’ provided for a few hours per week through to 24/7 support in your own home , in the community (including ‘waking night’ or ‘sleep in’ staff), with a senior member of staff contactable 24 hours day and night.
