We were very satisfied with the care our father/husband received in the last months of his life. The carers were reliable, compassionate, respectful and dutiful. The care coordinator was highly professional, extremely helpful, always available, with a firm hand on the tiller. This was very reassuring
for the family at a very stressful and upsetting time for us. She and the carers were a pleasure to deal with.

We have been more than happy to have United Care look after our mother.
From the very start in June 2024 the standard of care, communication, cleanliness and respect has been first class. Punctuality has been spot on too.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the team from United Care Ltd.

The carers provided have been extremely attentive, kind, patient, respectful and warm towards us both, treating him with the dignity he deserves despite his challenging behaviours. Everyone, including managers, are empathic towards us both, even when things have become hairy. They communicate well and
work hand-in-hand with me to review and change the plan, as and when necessary. The carers have been my eyes and ears, to help self-guard my uncle's health and well-being whilst he's in hospital as nursing staff are not always available, during medical visits - and when I'm at work/trying to make up my hours, they understand that I'm unable to respond to their call immediately and continue to do what makes sense. It is unclear how I would manage without the angels from United Care and I cannot thank them enough. They've now been in our lives for about 1.5 years and with their support, my uncle will celebrate his 91st birthday in December, God willing!

We are happy to know that our assistance has been well appreciated as we continue to give the best support we can. Happy birthday in advance to Uncle!

My father passed away recently and had been receiving care for nearly 12 months. The majority of the time the same carers rotated so my father became familiar. The team were always very flexible and adjusted to our needs and was always on hand for any care needs for my father. A particular member of
staff was always a phone call away for anything even out of hours and we are grateful as a family for all the support they provided. Thank you.

The care we received over the last two months for my mother was outstanding. All the carers were devoted to ensuring my mother was consistently given the utmost love, care and sensitive attention. The coordination ensured communication was effective and my mother’s physical and emotional needs were
dealt with sensitively, ensuring family members were well informed. Links with medical professionals were dealt with speedily and the love shown was so appreciated.
When my mum's life ended, the carer dealt with sensitivity and exceptional professionalism.

To enable me to be discharged from hospital I was given a care package. Without the carer's assistance, I would not have been able to manage on my own. I was discharged on the 4th of April with a carer calling morning and evening. All my needs were met by these women who treated me with the greatest
care and respect. My care needs were met on every level and it's thanks to them that I gradually got my independence back and can now manage myself. What an excellent service they give. Thank you.

Overall, I have been very satisfied with the care provided by United Care UK. The main care representative is always accessible and responds to messages relating to my aunt's care promptly and takes issues on board dealing with problems where possible and appropriate. Likewise, I am contacted by the
agency whenever there are concerns that need my input. Generally, the individual carers have been good, with the current carer being very good with a positive attitude and a friendly caring manner, which my aunt responds to. Communication is good. There is sometimes an issue with timing i.e. confirming definite times when a carer can be present can be difficult, but effort is always made to accommodate these arrangements as best as possible, so I am satisfied. The main manager/carer uses initiative without prompting from me i.e. when there are concerns about my aunt's health, behaviour or medication, I am informed promptly.

I observe the dedicated, compassionate and patient nature with which the carers manage a particularly difficult elderly lady, my neighbour. This lady has a degree of dementia that frequently turns aggressive, rude and uncooperative. The carers I have witnessed continue to carry out their duties admirably
and with dignity under such provocation.

United Care, my service provider, are very good, and they know what they do at every stage of service delivery. They try to make things simple and understandable; they ensure all calls are attended, and where there are hitches, they alert you on time. They are really caring, and they treat you with
dignity and respect.

United Care have been assisting me ever since I came home from hospital, several months ago. Their staff act in a professional way and are very reliable. It is very reassuring to have the same team of carers every day. My family and I have got to know the carers and the carers have got to know us and
the support that we need. Needing several care visits every day is naturally a bit intrusive but all the team fit in with our daily routine as well as possible, in the circumstances.

United Care were waiting for my father at home when he got discharged from hospital on Christmas Day. The manager and her team treated him with the utmost care and dignity. We could not have managed those final days without their help and professionalism. We are eternally grateful and would highly recommend
their services.

Having experienced a lot of bad agencies and staff, United Care (UK) Ltd was above and beyond all expectations. The staff were well trained, caring, reliable and always treated my mother with dignity. The management was professional and every shift was covered. Even if the management stepped in themselves.
All were polite, courteous, well trained, communicative and very supportive.

From the moment we met, I knew we would work well together. They were respectful, listened to me, gave me the space to try and do things on my own and were generally, very helpful. We interacted well. I was made to feel like a person and not just a case so I would like to thank my carer for being in
this profession, it is not easy.
