Thank you for taking the time to pass on your kind words. The manager and her team are extremely passionate about the care they give to their service users as well as the support they offer to each individual's loved ones - the two go hand in hand and they always try and do everything possible to provide a flexible, proactive and supportive care environment for everyone involved. The whole team will be so pleased to read your comments and see that you feel your mum is well cared for - we really do appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, thanks again. Best wishes from everyone.
