Staff are very kind and if there are any problems they fix them without causing me any headaches.
Some staff do struggle to manage all my medical needs but then other members go above and manage them instead without issue.

I get more support with things like cleaning and other jobs to do in my flat.
I have support with food shopping, activities like bowling, gym, afternoon tea, help with food preparation, I get support to wake up early for work.

The girls go above and beyond. Friendly. Can't do enough. Fantastic girls even came back to help brother he needed a bed pan half an hour after he had lunch call. Always have time to do everything that is needed. Rather than rush.

The staff is the best carer we have had so far.
My son absolutely adores her and they have a great bond. He smiles when he sees her and gets excited. She is always reliable, on time and keeps me updated when my son is with her. He can be difficult and quite hyper most of the time and she is great with
him and gets him to eat chips and bananas that I can't even do and I am his mother. Overall I am very happy with the way the carer cares for my son and I can tell he is also very happy. Even though he cannot speak because he is nonverbal you can tell by the way his eyes light up and the happy expression on his face every time he sees the carer that he knows he is gonna have a great day and I am very happy with the care he receives.

It's okay, I am satisfied with the service provided by the company. Whenever I need a carer, the company is able to provide it. My daughter is challenging but the carer is doing amazing. The carers are great.

My daughter is provided very good care by her carer. She understands my daughter's needs and always makes her days out fun and enjoyable.
When I request extra support it is provided where possible. My daughter has built an excellent relationship with her carer and enjoys her company. She loves going
swimming with the carer and it allows me to have extra support when I take her for her session as this gives my daughter the confidence she needs while in the pool.

The carer is my son's carer from January 2023 to now. She is very dedicated to her profession. She is the best professional I ever got for my son, so happy and attached to her. We are very happy for her service. She is the right person for this job as she works from the heart and has very good knowledge

Very good carers and the company are always willing to support in any way they can. Company staff are very supportive. My son is really happy with the carer who goes beyond the normal care support. When my son goes out with the carer he feels so happy.

I received my caregiver last month. She is the sweetest person that I have met in a long time. I just want to say how happy I am and so thankful that you sent her because she's really kind and caring with my child. She is a respectful and reliable person who provides a good service.
