Helen has been employed by Hafod since 2008 starting her career in care as a community domiciliary care worker. Then progressed to a senior role, after completing her level 5 in Health and Social Care progressed to a Team Leader position and was part of the team setting up the Ty Cwm extra care scheme in Merthyr Tydfil.
During that time Helen has always looked to progress and has continued to attend training courses to support her development and knowledge. In 2019 she joined the operations team as Deputy Operations Manager and during the latter part of 2021, Helen went on to become Homecare Manager for the whole of Hafod Homecare services.

Leanne has 9 years of experience working for Hafod. Previously working as an RTC domiciliary carer with experience Leanne completed levels 3 and 5 QCF to develop into the role of Co-ordinator also Leanne has worked in many different care sectors i.e. care homes and extra care schemes and has a Train the Trainer qualification in Manual Handling.
In January 2023 Leanne successfully became the Registered Manager of Ty Cwm, RCT Homecare, Bridgend Homecare and Llys Ton.

Lisa has worked for Hafod since 2018 she has worked in both domiciliary care based at Ty Heulog and independent living within Ty Heulog. Lisa is a very caring person and gets on well with both service users and colleagues.

Rachel has been in care and started working at LLys Ton in 2011 as a support worker. Then she became Lead Support in 2019. Hi, my name is Emma Boylin. I worked at Llys Ton for over 10 years, originally, I worked for Drive as a kitchen assistant before moving over to care.
I enjoy my job, teaching the service user new skills and keeping their independence, I feel like I have a lot to offer in their everyday tasks. Care has taught me a lot about myself, and I have continued to learn new skills. I value myself as a team member and my colleagues and I enjoy coming to work.
