They can support clients with a wide range of needs and offer a fully managed visiting and live in (24hr) care service. The girls were caring and extremely friendly, some had to do very infinite care which was much appreciated.

I have found it a great help to have someone take me shopping each week and especially to push the shopping trolley as I have arthritis in my shoulders. My career often cheers me up and puts me in a good mood for the rest of the day.

With both of my parents suffering from dementia and me and my brother living two hours away from our parents I knew they needed help but I did not want to send them to a home, which brought me to Radfield Home Care.
I filled out the form on the website giving some information as to the situation and
received a response the same day. The Director of Radfield Home Care had a phone conversation with me the following morning and I could tell there was a real want there to ensure that somebody requiring care does not need to leave their house and move to a home.
I met a staff member with my mother at home and we went over the requirements, she was obviously passionate and caring about her work and put my confused mother at ease with the plans.
Within days we had everything aligned and the care visits began without a hitch. Radfield ensure my parents are eating and also taking medication whilst also being a companion and also taking them shopping as my dad can no longer drive!

My carers are great! They always do everything I ask and take time to sit and chat with me. The office staff are good too! The receptionist always asks how I am.

What a fantastic team Radfield are, from the Manager to the office team, a true credit to the care staff, they are all very supportive of all my friend's care needs who has had a stroke and has lost the use of her left side, they keep in regular contact with her via the telephone and app, she is able
to see who is visiting her on a daily basis through this app, which is peace of mind for her. She is very well looked after from hygiene to general housekeeping. They are very reliable, trustworthy and extremely friendly. She has two visits a day and looks forward to them coming. Very professional team, who treat her with dignity and patience. Highly recommend Radfield as your first stop for any care needs. First Class.

I have found Radfield Home Care to be outstanding in their care of my mother. All aspects of the company, management, support staff and carers have exceeded my expectations, which were high. My parents were reluctant to accept care being mostly concerned about the effect on their privacy and having
strangers in their home.
Radfield have worked hard to make this necessary transition a good one and, when I asked my parents this week, both said that they are very pleased that they had accepted the help. They regard the carers, who are limited to a few to enable continuity of care and who they know, in advance, by name, will be attending on each day, as friends.
The support staff are helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating, especially in the first weeks when the tweaking of times was necessary.
I highly recommend this company,

It has been great peace of mind having Radfield visit my mother each morning to monitor and give her the medication she needs as I was never sure whether she was taking them as required despite asking her on the phone, due to her Alzheimer's. They have addressed the day to day care needs including personal
hygiene and have been a friendly face in the morning when my mum wouldn't normally see anyone until later in the day. I am considering an afternoon visit from Radfield as well. I can highly recommend them to anyone contemplating care for a family member.

Radfield looked after my Mum in Bexhill. All the staff were polite and caring towards her. She looked forward to seeing them and we were very happy with the care they provided. Radfield cared for my brother for over a year before he died. Over the course of this time, he needed an ever-increasing amount of help and would often call them for more help at short notice. They always did all the could for him, and he had a very good relationship with a couple of their staff. Thank

Radfield looked after a neighbour of mine. She was very happy with the service and had no complaints.
Carers came on time and also kept in contact with any updates, which was very reassuring. I would recommend them for other people looking for care for someone elderly.

I first arranged care for my Nan so she could have some companionship and access the community whilst I was at work. My Nan's Dementia progressed and carers are now carrying out daily visits. My Nan enjoys seeing the carers and it is always nice to read where she has gone and what they have assisted
her with. Medication, personal care, companionship, completing puzzles, nothing is too much for Radfield and it has given me the ability to continue to work.

Used 'Radfield Home Care', following a recommendation from another user, when we left my elderly mother-in-law at home alone when we went on holiday recently. The team introduced themselves to her before we left and called in for 30 mins each day to provide personal care and company. The team members
who called were all happy, polite and caring and gave her the confidence to remain at home knowing that each day simple tasks to make her more comfortable were taken care of. We were very pleased to return to a confident lady who with their assistance had coped very well on her own. I would be happy to recommend Radfield Home Care and will be looking forward to using them again very soon.

My career has been tremendously rewarding and inspired me to launch Radfield Home Care across Bexhill, Hastings & Battle.


The professional achievement I am most proud of is to have listened to people and prioritised their individual wishes when planning care. This approach is central to the way in which Radfield operates and ensures all our clients retain as much independence as possible.

What is your background prior to joining Radfield?
Over 30 years working in the care industry, starting in domiciliary care as a care assistant and working up to a Registered Manager. Working across different fields in Elderly care, dementia, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Hospital settings.


How has your background prepared you for your new role at RHC?
Working in the care sector as a health care assistant, senior and manager have prepared me to see care from all sides and have a good understanding of how each role works.


What has inspired you to want to be involved in the adult social care sector?
I have always enjoyed helping and supporting people who require care, to support them to remain independent and have the help and care that they require as they wish it to be.


How do you feel your role, and your experience, will benefit Radfield’s clients?
I hope my role and experience will give the clients confidence that their best interests are forefront of our care.
