We would like to introduce you to Charlotte Wells, Care Manager for Radfield Home Care Havering & Romford. Charlotte is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day running of the office in line with CQC regulations and supporting the Operations Director to ensure that the service is Safe, Caring, Responsive, Effective and Well-Led.
Charlotte is a key point of contact for the Care Professionals, clients and their families and promotes individuals' well-being at all times. Charlotte has proudly dedicated the last 9 years of her life to working in the care sector. Charlotte joined Radfield Home Care in September 2017 and thanks to her fantastic work ethic and unwavering commitment; she rose swiftly through the ranks. Having begun her Radfield career as a care worker, she was promoted to Field Care Supervisor in January 2018. Shortly after in January 2019, she moved up to the role of deputy care manager.
Charlotte has worked with a range of individuals of all ages and with many different conditions. She’s well qualified, with a level 3 diploma in health & social care. Charlotte has a level 3 award in education & training, a level 3 teaching & assessing accreditation, and a level 3 learning and development accreditation and is currently working towards her level 5 in Health and Social Care adding even more academic certificates to her repertoire.
Charlotte is very passionate about providing high-quality and safe care to individuals as well as providing the same high-quality support for the care team. Having worked across different agencies and settings, Charlotte experienced the highs and lows that care, professionals, experience on a daily basis. This deeper understanding of the role of the carer means she can support both in the field and their general well-being.

In 2012, he passed away. He received a service funeral from the London ambulance service and it was at that moment I knew my calling was in care.”

Andrea holds a wealth of organisational and administrative experience as a personal assistant and coordinator across multiple departments. Andrea is responsible for recruiting our new Community Care Professionals and ensuring our recruitment runs smoothly and efficiently with the support of Noami, Care Recruitment Coordinator. Andrea is responsible for ensuring our care team is set up for success to perform their roles and is compliant with the Care Quality Commission's regulations. Andrea also has an active role in Carer marketing and networking, maintaining local links within our sector and wider community relationships.

We would like to introduce you to Maxine, our Care Coordinator. Maxine has worked for Radfield for 4 years. Prior to working at Radfield, Maxine has had a history in customer service and was an operations manager for an airport, this has transferred necessary skills to her job here at Radfield. Maxine has transferred skills such as organising and managing team operations. Maxine's own experiences of supporting her Nan who she was very close to was the inspiration for her becoming a Community Care Professional.
Maxine started her time at Radfield as a Community Care Professional. The training, knowledge, and skills that she learned from this role have helped her to step into her role as our Care Coordinator. Maxine is responsible for coordinating all of the hours and care visits for our clients and carers so that care can be professionally delivered across our Havering and Romford Branch.
Another important role of Maxine’s is to ensure that good relationships are formed and maintained between our clients and carers, which is key to our successful and person-centred service. As well as this, Maxine liaises with the Care Manager and Community Care Professionals to ensure that the operation of our service runs successfully.

We would like to introduce you to Kelly, our Client Services Coordinator, who has worked in the care industry for 11 years.
Kelly chose to work in the care industry as she had the experience of this when looking after her aunty. When Kelly was younger she saw the benefits that home care can make to someone's personal wellbeing and quality of life.
In February 2018, Kelly joined Radfield as an experienced Care Professional delivering home visits to our clients. Kelly gained valuable first-hand experience of how Radfield supports its clients. Kelly’s care sector experience has fully prepared her for the Care Services Coordinator role that she has now moved into and is extremely passionate about.
Kelly is responsible for liaising with clients, families and Healthcare Professionals to manage their care needs and supporting the Care Manager with the safe running of the office, Kelly's role includes creating and updating person-centred care plans for each client. Kelly conducts care assessments for potential new clients and introduces them to our warm and welcoming Radfield family.
On Monday's Kelly also volunteers at her friends' activity club, Forget Me Not. The activity club not only supports people living with Dementia to have fun and socialise but provides essential respite for their families. Kelly’s passion and dedication for her job role at Radfield are reflected in her work with this activity club.

The various roles that I have had in the sector mean that I understand our clients' needs and I can ensure they are supported in the best way possible. We would like to introduce you to Denise, office administrator for Radfield Home Care Havering and Romford. Denise provides support in the office, working with the Care Manager to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Denise will support a variety of administrative tasks including HR, Recruitment, ensuring that relevant IT software systems are up to date and dealing with the day to day communications from carers and clients. Denise’s role is focused towards the administration of our current Community Care Professionals.
Denise has been an office administrator for Radfield since February 2019 supporting both our valued clients and care professionals.

We would like to introduce you to Charlie, who is our Marketing Coordinator. Charlie is currently studying Psychology at the University of Greenwich, alongside working for us here at Radfield Home Care Havering and Romford. Charlie has worked at Radfield since May 2021. Charlie is an aspiring Psychologist, who is strongly connected with people within the care sector. Charlie would like to enhance his knowledge of wellbeing and the mental impacts of loneliness in our community. Charlie has a strong interest in men’s mental health and aspires to raise awareness of this.
Charlie’s day-to-day tasks include the creation of social media content, office displays and the content of our carer and client monthly communications. Charlie also assists in the office with general administration tasks. Charlie attends our recruitment and client marketing events to support Andrea - Recruitment Manager and Lisa - Owner, in the growth of business. Charlie holds an active role in networking and business promotion within the wider community.

We would like to introduce you to Naomi, our Care Recruitment Coordinator. Naomi joined Radfield in January 2021 as an Office Administrator. Naomi gained first hand experience in relationship building with our community care professionals. This allowed Noami to develop skills within the recruitment sector. Noami wanted to further develop her career and take on a more challenging and forward-facing role.
Naomi has now stepped into her new role which includes supporting our Recruitment Manager on the onboarding process for our new community care professionals. Naomi also supports the Community Care Professionals throughout their career with Radfield once they join our team.
