Unfortunately, I was not very happy with the care agency I was discharged from hospital with and was having panic attacks at night thinking about them coming the next day. So we informed the social worker that I wanted to change agencies and my mum phoned Carefour and spoke to the manager who said they
had capacity and she was able to come out that afternoon (this was before lockdown). We instantly got a really good feeling, and I was so excited about starting with Carefour. All of the carers have been really lovely - they are so bubbly and chatty and are also excellent carers in helping me. The only reason I am leaving CareFour is because I am going back to the in-house carers where I live as they now have capacity. I cannot recommend CareFour highly enough for anyone needing care in the community. Thank you so much to all of your lovely carers.

From the moment I phoned Carefour to see if they had capacity to provide care to my daughter, I was impressed. The manager came out to assess and I immediately had confidence in the ability of the agency to provide sensitive, person-centred care. I was not wrong, they provided excellent care calls,
four times a day from March to the present day.

From the initial visit by management and senior carer, we have received exceptional care from the team. The carers come punctually and treat mum with gentle care, respectfully and with good humour. She has become very fond of several of them and now sees them as friends. Also, the timings of the carers
visits have been adjusted over time to fit in with mums preferences, so giving her care tailored precisely to her needs.

CareFour is the most professional and trustworthy care team I have used on various occasions. They are always punctual and on very rare occasions a few minutes late always an apology if this happens. If not a quick phone call to say they are on the way. On my latest contract, I ended the visits one
too early. This was for the important evening visit for a hot meal and to secure the property for the night. After a quick call to the office, a carer made a special journey to help me out. Without this special help, I would have gone hungry and felt unsafe overnight. I can not praise the company enough and will certainly employ them in the future. No reasonable request is refused.

Face to face practical care is excellent. Care plan only completed after 3 months of care. Not always notified of the time of arrival - varies between 8:30 and 9:15 am.

I have been very pleased with all the staff that work with me, they all treat me with respect and dignity, I can get out and about, I can also stay independent with them helping me with things and they do not take over. They are easy to talk with no matter what it's about. Their paperwork is easy to
understand and if I don't agree with anything I know who to talk to and they are happy to go through it with me. They are better than any company I have had before.

I cannot recommend Carefour highly enough. They provided fantastic care and support to my 96-year-old grandmother who was deaf and had vascular dementia. They helped the family to plan for my grandmother's discharge from hospital and provided a carer who was perfectly suited to her needs. We had tried
several other care agencies and none of them could come close to the quality of care, and compassion, that Carefour provided. I was particularly impressed by the support and genuine concern that the management team showed the carer and how the whole team worked together to ensure my grandmother had the best possible care. I know that without Carefour we would not have been able to get my grandmother home and that due to this she was at peace in her final days. On behalf of all of the family, a sincere heartfelt thank you for the wonderful service that you provide.

The company has a consistent approach to the care process which in turn leads to a much calmer patient. A number of small suggestions have been made and adopted which have also helped my wife to be more receptive to all the staff.
Suggestions on use of equipment, previously unused, have also contributed
to a smooth running process that we currently enjoy at care time. Managers make regular visits where the overall process can be reviewed as to the level of success. They do what they say - great.

The care I received was following discharge from hospital. Management visited me in my own home and after discussion, a care plan was agreed. Carers arrived on time, they were efficient, kind and treated me with dignity. I could not fault the service they provided and feel they contributed significantly
to my recovery a view shared by my family.
