Carefour has been my husband's carers since July 2016. We have both been very satisfied with them. We have a rota so we know which carer is coming. They clock in on arrival and clock out when they leave. They are all efficient and cheerful. All is left tidy when they leave. They send a resume of what
they have done, to the care manager, via smartphones.

I have been really impressed with all aspects of Carefour Home Care. We have been treated extremely well from the first assessment to the present day. All staff have given my husband the dignity that I wanted for him. He has bonded well with them and I cannot put into words how much I value all that
has been done for us both by the cheerful staff. Many many thanks.

The team have been brilliant with the care and support given to my parents at a very difficult time. They have kept me updated and offered valuable advice throughout. Absolutely nothing has been too much trouble for them and they genuinely care for not only their clients, but their families too. They
have been 'a constant' when trying to navigate my way through the maze of government agencies.
I would highly recommend them for anyone requiring care - they've gone above and beyond!
