We have been using A Star Care Services for four weeks now and words cannot express how amazing these guys are. My mom is 90, bed bound and has recently been diagnosed with dementia. All of the girls are so kind, caring and empathetic and nothing is ever too much trouble they really do treat my mom
like their own. If like me you are here reading reviews with a potential to use this company I can assure you that you will NOT be disappointed.
They have literally given me my life back knowing that my mom is being so very well looked after.

We needed at-home care for my father-in-law.
Our first experience was dealing with one particular member of staff, who came out to put my mother-in-law at ease and to explain the options open to her.
We started with just evening care, but quickly needed to add in additional help in the mornings and
also during the day.
A Star Care couldn’t have been more accommodating - nothing was too much trouble for them.
It’s easily said, but I mean this genuinely - if you’re looking for reliable and friendly care, I can’t recommend this company highly enough.

We have been using A Star Care Services for a couple of months now and we are very impressed with the service and level of care we are receiving for my mother.
She is happy knowing that the girls are coming in each day to help with all daily tasks she needs. Management is always happy to also add in

I think A Star are great and everything feels much better than the last company that I had. Everything here is very organised and straightforward everyone is very lovely and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The girls always go the extra mile even if they don’t need to. We had struggled for a while being unhappy with our father's caregivers and made a change to A Star Care. Wish we did this sooner! Management has been super efficient, helpful and very supportive towards us as a family. The carers are fantastic with my father meeting all requirements asked for and more,
they’re always cheerful and show empathy and patience as this was a big let down for my father from previous. We are extremely thankful and hope this helps other families who are looking for a great company to provide care for their loved ones. Thank you to all at A Star Care!
