The carers are very understanding and always ready to listen to you. They help me in various aspects of my life. I was very hesitant initially but my mind was soon changed and I was pleasantly surprised with all the wonderful care I received I could not have asked for a better care provider.

We needed at-home care for my father-in-law.
Our first experience was dealing with one particular member of staff, who came out to put my mother-in-law at ease and to explain the options open to her.
We started with just evening care, but quickly needed to add in additional help in the mornings and
also during the day.
A Star Care couldn’t have been more accommodating - nothing was too much trouble for them.
It’s easily said, but I mean this genuinely - if you’re looking for reliable and friendly care, I can’t recommend this company highly enough.

Very happy with the girls that come to see my mum. They are polite and do extra work that is needed. At times, when they are late, they give my mum a call to let her know - with her anxiety, this helps her.

We have been with A Star Care for four months and honestly, we can not fault them. They have been looking after our uncle and always inform us of how he is, will contact nurses if required and contact GP if they have any concerns.

We have been using A Star Care Services for a couple of months now and we are very impressed with the service and level of care we are receiving for my mother.
She is happy knowing that the girls are coming in each day to help with all daily tasks she needs. Management is always happy to also add in
any extra calls we have needed, even at short notice.

I think A Star are great and everything feels much better than the last company that I had. Everything here is very organised and straightforward everyone is very lovely and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The girls always go the extra mile even if they don’t need to. I could go on and on but

We had struggled for a while being unhappy with our father's caregivers and made a change to A Star Care. Wish we did this sooner! Management has been super efficient, helpful and very supportive towards us as a family. The carers are fantastic with my father meeting all requirements asked for and more,
they’re always cheerful and show empathy and patience as this was a big let down for my father from previous. We are extremely thankful and hope this helps other families who are looking for a great company to provide care for their loved ones. Thank you to all at A Star Care!

Can not fault this company. We started with A Star Care a few months back due to my grandfather becoming less independent. All the carers have really helped him but also us and relieved so much pressure for us as a family knowing he is well looked after daily and supported by all! Extremely helpful
and friendly team from management to care staff and we as a family would highly recommend this company to anyone.
