Can not fault this company. We started with A Star Care a few months back due to my grandfather becoming less independent. All the carers have really helped him but also us and relieved so much pressure for us as a family knowing he is well looked after daily and supported by all! Extremely helpful
and friendly team from management to care staff and we as a family would highly recommend this company to anyone.

My dad had a fall and became quite withdrawn and unwell. Since using A Star Care Services he has had a new lease of life and is doing so well in all aspects thanks to the team helping him! The carers are great and go above and beyond to meet his needs, they visit twice daily and are always punctual
and friendly. The management are always so helpful and understanding, through difficult times all needs have been met and I really don’t think Dad would be where he is now without A Star Care! Thank you!

The ladies that go into my dad's home twice a day to help him take his medication are kind, totally reliable, and very efficient. My dad is very comfortable having them come into his home, they make him cups of tea and just treat him like family. We agonised over going down the carers route but actually
wish we had done it sooner. We are very happy with how things are going and feel we have our dad back.

Our dad was in a home for 6 months but wanted to come back home, we were worried about who will look after him when he gets back and will home care be enough to meet his needs. A Star Care have been wonderful and Dad is happy with all the carers that come to see him, and he looks much better at home
than he did at the care home. Thanks A Star Care.

What a fantastic care company! Huge thank you to A Star Care Services for their amazing support during an extremely difficult time for our family. Unfortunately, our independent grandfather was no longer able to support himself in his daily duties and the team at A Star Care Services made the process
of his initial assessment through to the daily care support for our gramps extremely easy and pain-free. The carers have been so lovely and warm and I have never seen our grandfather so happy to be supported - he is quite a stubborn gentleman! The carers also spend their time to carefully assist and they really bring a warmth and energy to the home! The care manager is always available for any concerns we have too. Thank you again and so glad we went with A Star Care Services.

As a family, we are so glad that we chose A Star Care Services for our grandmother. She was always an independent individual however as she started to get older and early stages of dementia started to show we knew we needed to get additional support. From the initial assessment, A Star Care services
highlighted a great wealth of knowledge which gave us as a family the confidence that we chose the right care provider. Several of the staff members showed my grandmother the greatest attention and care and were always very friendly on the visits. We were particularly impressed when we had to attend a family wedding away from home and the care manager would regularly keep us updated on our grandmother's condition. I would highly recommend A Star Care Services and I cannot praise the staff enough for their high level of service. Thank you again to the whole team at A Star Care Services!

Fantastic Care Company! A Star Care Services care for my gran, who lives in a country village. Most care companies won't drive to the area. A Star Services agreed to provide care for my gran and from the moment they started, we haven't looked back. My gran is basically bed bound, and needs assistance
with all aspects of care including medication, personal care, oral care, catheter care, pressure area care, nutrition and hydration, continence care. A Star have wonderful carers and management team who work with client, family, and other professionals to provide the best possible care for that person. Nothing has been too much trouble and A Star will always assist and help where ever possible. My gran looks forward to the carers attending, she has built wonderful friendships with the girls that attend, they engage with her, comfort her when needed and provide continued support throughout so my gran can gain her full potential. A wonderful care company who care!

My dad has Parkinson's and was scared to have carers initially. It took some time for him to get used to the girls, but now he really enjoys them coming. The regular carers that come are lovely and have a great rapport with my dad.

The care received by my mum who is 93 is first-class and is the reason why my mum can continue to live in her own home. I understand how hard it can be to make the initial step into care, but the way I have trained carers will ensure it is an easy process. I regularly go out and visit Clients to see how they are getting on and if they need any further support they are always free to contact me. I have seen the changes in care since I started and will help any of our Clients if they need support in extra funding that they could be entitled to from the Council or the NHS’.

When I graduated from University, I worked in corporate for three years but soon realised I was in the wrong career. I wanted to be in a work environment which was rewarding, and care was the answer.
