My mum suffers from dementia. The staff have always been very considerate and caring. There are days when mum refuses care. The staff always make sure that mum is treated with respect and they ensure her care needs are met. The manager is available to discuss any changes to the care package. The agency
does the best service for clients and the family.

Honest, always keep me updated on my father's progress and with regards to his care. All their documents on processes are very professional and quality. Their staff use the latest technology for their staff rotas. The staff are always smart with clean uniforms. The care staff always put my father's
care needs first as their top number one priority. On the rare occasion if the care staff are delayed on route, I always receive an update.

A Star have been caring for my father for the past 2 and a half years. They have helped to maintain Dad in his own home and have shown great kindness and professionalism, aiding him with personal care and preparation of meals. They are always contactable if needed and flexible. I would recommend them

We have been very happy with the care provided for mom and dad, during a very difficult time. They have been available at short notice during crisis involving one or other being admitted to hospital until family have arrived and have provided emotional support and reassurance. They have also been happy
to arrange prescription deliveries and liaise with other health professionals.

‘I have been doing the care for the past 40 years and have gained a lot of knowledge and experience in all types of care. I understand how hard it can be to make the initial step into care, but the way I have trained carers will ensure it is an easy process. I regularly go out and visit Clients to see how they are getting on and if they need any further support they are always free to contact me. I have seen the changes in care since I started and will help any of our Clients if they need support in extra funding that they could be entitled to from the Council or the NHS’.

When I graduated from University, I worked in corporate for three years but soon realised I was in the wrong career. I wanted to be in a work environment which was rewarding, and care was the answer.
