My dad has been under the care of Right at Home Sefton for a good few years now.
He's 94 this year and lives alone.
He needs a lot of help and the carers are excellent with him.
They care for him like he is family.
My family and myself are confident in the knowledge that they are looking
after him.
They communicate any concerns with us all the time and are proactive not just reactive with dads care.
I can't praise them enough.

Right at Home looked after my 92 year old father in his home until he passed away in hospital in December. I was very impressed by the service we had. When the manager came to visit us to discuss Dad's needs she made a real effort to get to know him and asked about his life and interests so the carers
would have something to talk about. A detailed report is left after every visit which I found very reassuring and helpful and the manager phoned immediately if there were any concerns. My Dad loved seeing the ladies and their kind care meant he could stay in his own home until the end which is what he wanted. I would recommend them to anyone

Right at Home Sefton provided the best care we could possibly wish for. My elderly mum had dementia which became more pronounced over time. All the carers were extremely patient with my Mum and became like family members. They provided company and a little chat as well as the much-needed personal care.
I would not hesitate to recommend them.

It's always a big decision to make, trusting what starts out as strangers into your home to look after a loved one. However, I needn't have worried. The staff are amazing - so dedicated, caring, and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this company enough - and although Dad unfortunately has to go into
24-hour care should I ever need their assistance for another loved one (or me) there is no other company I would use.

All of the carers who looked after Dad were very kind to him, 3 in particular. He was always given a shave, changed regularly and the staff went beyond their duty to make sure he was comfortable.

My mum needed help to remember to take her tablets and to have her meals prepared. I live hours away and was anxious about how it would all work. It so happened that I was there when the carers came on a number of occasions. The 'ladies' as we called them were lovely. They were professional and took
care to see what Mum needed. They were chatty and kind. Mum settled well into the rhythm and routine. The care manager I dealt with was very positive and made the process very simple. It was a relief to know that Mum was being looked after and that I could rely on her needs being met. I would recommend Right at Home to anyone who needs the security of knowing that their loved one will be well looked after. Thank you Right at Home.

Right at Home Sefton were great when I asked for help for my Mum, regarding mealtimes. The service was very easy to set up after visits to assess Mum's needs. The carers were always kind, professional and friendly. Visits took place on time and it was easy to communicate with the support team at the

Extremely happy with the care my grandad received before he passed away, they all cared so much and ensured he was always comfortable till the very end, they built a lovely and trusting relationship with his family. They made sure that my grandma was kept up to date with any information needed. Every
single carer treated my grandad with so much respect even on bad days. Very grateful for them staying with my grandfather the day he was taken into hospital.

Thank you to all of your carers who looked after Mum so well. I very much appreciate all the efforts the carers went to on a daily basis to make Mum feel supported, listened to and well looked after. They all took the time to get to know Mum and make her feel as comfortable as possible. Nothing was
too much trouble and they were all very patient and gave her the time she needed to help her. Mum enjoyed chatting to them and getting to know them all too. I hope this review gives another family confidence in using this service.

First time ever experience of care at home. The whole team was so fantastic with my dad and our family. Communication was perfect. Prior to needing 24-hour care, we had been using Right at Home for nearly two years.
The carers were always kind, caring, professional and efficient.
They extended a level of care that exceeded my expectations.
Communication was good, and raising concerns and checking procedures were in place, e.g.
when meds ran low.
When contacting the office, any questions were resolved quickly, and information was passed on to the relevant department very effectively.
I had a small problem with the office only once when Mum's visiting times were changed, and I wasn't informed - just a minor glitch though.
I highly recommend Right at Home to care for loved ones.

Right at Home staff are very professional and treat her with dignity and respect.
We cannot fault the care she received from each individual member of staff. They are prompt in reporting any concerns.

Mum's mobility deteriorated rapidly during a long stay in hospital following a fall, Right at Home have made it possible for her to stay in her own house, with my dad. The cheerful professionalism of the carers has helped to make the whole process so much easier.
Mum feels safer, knowing that a friendly
care team is never too far away, and I feel more confident that both of my parents can cope a little more easily in between my visits. I have been with Right at Home since December 2018. I have been fortunate to have what I call my main carer (I say this as she is who I have consistently) from the very beginning of my care. My carer helped me come to terms with my illness and to that I needed help. Because of her compassionate, kind
and gentle reassurance, I quickly realised how much easier my life was. My carer and subsequent carers that I also now have, have been trained to a high standard, always with a smile to put you at ease, efficient and care for you with compassion. All office staff when I call are polite and courteous and happy to have a quick chat. Right at Home frequently review with clients making sure that we are happy with the service and that all needs are being met. Overall, I feel that so far my level of care from Right at Home has been amazing. A big thank you to all the carers concerned for their compassion and understanding, and to the staff who are on the other end of the phone.

Staff were very good at explaining things to my mum and dad. Myself and my brother explained some things which needed changing, eg: time changes and washing dishes after they have eaten.
