The clue is in the name: my stepmother really was “Right at Home”. She was determined to spend the last years of her life in the bungalow and this company made that possible. Despite complex needs, she had a superb care plan and consistent, skilled carers with the personal touch. As a relative, I always
found the team supportive too. We couldn’t have asked for more.

I cannot fault the care and friendliness of the carers who have been looking after my Uncle for the past few years. He has grown very fond of the 'the girls', and I have been impressed by their respectfulness, and care for his dignity. He was recently discharged from hospital to a nursing home; I
am hopeful that he will get stronger and be able to live back at home, and if so, we will be delighted to have the Right at Home carers back again. Thanks for everything.

Thank you so much to the wonderful carers who looked after my lovely dad in the final weeks of his life. All the carers treated my dad with such kindness dignity and respect at a time that is challenging for everyone. They were professional and caring at all times and remained cheerful and friendly

I have been so impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the team. They have been helping my parents out and ensuring our needs have been met when circumstances changed. Each member of the team have shown the utmost compassion and care towards my grandad. The ongoing support they continue to provide is personalised towards my grandad and his individual needs. All of the carers are made for their profession and continue to encourage my grandad to maintain his independence.
They are an asset to the company. Not only are the carer's true professionals, they genuinely are lovely people who I can tell truly care for him as an individual rather than just another client.
From coming from a different care provider which was a very negative experience, to come to Right at Home where nothing is too much trouble. From every member of the team you come in contact with, whether it be from the carers or the office team, they display the utmost professionalism whilst also being extremely approachable and friendly.

Very pleased with the quality of care provided by this company. Organisation and care plan was discussed and handled efficiently. Carers are courteous, polite, friendly and helpful; you only have to ask. Their help has been paramount in recover and gaining independence.

My dad was on end of life care at home and this amazing team of carers looked after him (and the rest of the family) from November to mid-January. During this time, I cannot stress how friendly, caring, compassionate and professional these ladies were - they were a true shining light at a stressful
and upsetting time. Each and every one of them very quickly built up a trusting relationship not only with my dad (who loved seeing them every day - they always got a smile from him.) but also with my mum, sister and I. They were efficient in their work, but always maintained dignity for Dad and had time to chat with all of us to make sure that we, as a family were OK and coping. On behalf of my dad, mum and sister, I would like to thank them from the bottom of our hearts for the unbelievable job that they did and for being there for us - I truly don't know what we would have done without them.

If I have any worries or concerns about my mum I feel really confident asking the carers or ringing the office and they are always ready to give

Excellent advice and support from Right at Home (Sefton), could not have been better when we were let down by another provider. Out of the 3 companies we called Right at Home (Sefton) could not do enough for us to ensure we had the required support as a matter of urgency and my parents were not left
without any care. My parents have been extremely pleased with the daily care and Right at Home (Sefton) have also provided a very flexible service when they have either increased or decreased their requirements. On most days they have had a dedicated carer, which is something I really wanted as the previous care company would send a different one every day.
I cannot recommend this company enough for their help and support in making a quite difficult process the very easiest it can be.

It is always difficult finding a good care provider but I have to say, having been given Right at Home for my brother I have nothing but praise for the greatest care given during his last days. The carers were wonderful, respectful people and did a fantastic job both in looking after him as well as
fitting in with our requirements. The boss should be rightfully proud of running a high standard care organisations. If you are looking for care for your loved ones then look no further than Right at Home, highly recommended and thank you.

I signed up with this company 12 months ago for my dad. It took him a few months to warm to this arrangement. Overall the care has been very good. We have had a couple of problems when the carer didn’t collect the weekly medication from the chemist.
Always a friendly person answering the phone. Someone
always rings me back when I’ve left a message.
The half-hour calls suit my dad as he doesn’t need a lot of care just yet.
Very happy with Right At Home.

Mum and Dad have needed support for almost 12 months now. I am sure most people initially resist someone coming into their home. However, the introduction was made and the help offered in a way that they felt like friends had arrived.
We have since increased the attendance from a few mornings a week
to every day, mornings and evenings. Mum and Dad have help getting ready in the morning and have a cooked meal at night. The house is also a lot cleaner.
All the ladies who attend are helpful, attentive and considerate.
If there are issues/things needed I get an email or phone advice. Living some distance away, this helps me provide support and gives me peace of mind.
I even arrange groceries to be delivered when the ladies are present, so they can ensure the items end up in the right places!
I recommend the service for anyone who needs support.

Mum was very reluctant to have carers and it took much persuasion to get her to agree.
However, she now looks forward to the company and support of the girls on a daily basis.
I feel that Mum is well looked after and if they have any concerns I always get a text or call from the manager, which gives
us as a family reassurance.
