They employ professional and experienced carers who are required to pass a stringent recruitment and selection process, and undergo thorough training and shadowing. The care is managed by local care management teams.

Why choose Care Collection?

- Carers have time to care through minimum 1-hour visits.

- Care plans are developed around the preferences of each Client.

- They only recruit staff who have an uncompromising commitment to quality and a positive “can-do” attitude.

- They employ a rigorous recruitment process, and all staff are DBS and reference checked.

My mother-in-law and our family are very happy with the service. The staff are professional and we have full trust and confidence in the company to continue to provide an excellent service (in sharp contrast to the previous company we used).

My aunt now has daily carers from The Care Collection and we have stayed with their care since switching to them in 2018. Her care plan is regularly reviewed and, as I don't live locally, it's particularly important to me that I find it so easy to stay in touch with both the carers themselves and their
managers. I find them very responsive and flexible in meeting my aunt's needs which gradually change. They genuinely seem to put what's important to her well-being and enjoyment first. There's a particularly excellent carer at present who has a good rapport with my aunt and it is great that the managers arrange for her to visit as much as possible to provide continuity and to try and bring some happiness to my aunt. The Care Collection go that extra mile.

My father is over 100 years old and was very reluctant to accept the need for any care, despite having significant limitations. He could be awkward and was not the easiest of people to help, but fortunately, we found the Care Collection and I think they saved our sanity.
From the initial assessment
of my father's needs to the commencement of service, we were impressed by the professionalism of the company. This was followed up by a reliable and flexible service delivered by some genuinely first-class care workers who restored our confidence in social care services. One worker, in particular, was so skillful in the way she managed my father that she effectively won him over to the idea of care and opened the door for other workers from the company who, I think, had an easier time as a result. The head office team and the care workers all communicated brilliantly with me and it felt like a genuine team effort.
So many thanks Care Collection - a fantastic service. Fully recommended.

I have been with the company for five months.
I have physical disabilities and they have enabled me to remain living independently in my own home.
The administration combines efficiency with awareness of the client as an individual. Office staff are responsive, courteous and considerate. My individual
carers combine professional efficiency with thoughtful use of initiative to help me lead as good a life as feasible.

My child has Down Syndrome and is supported to live independently. His carers from The Care Collection play a huge part in this. He has a visit for at least an hour first thing in the morning, and again in the evening, to check that he is ready for the day, done all his housekeeping, clean and smart,
well fed, confident about going off to his volunteering placements, and most importantly – safe and happy. His carers are an important part of his life – so much so that he usually tries to get all his jobs done before they come so that he can have social time with them. They go above and beyond to support him – building a relationship with him, sharing his interests, developing his interest in cooking and being healthy, finding out about his friends and family. We are also reassured by regular meetings with the staff team and managers and find that any queries are quickly responded to in order to ensure the very best quality care.

Very good response to our family requirements. Professional, very understanding and caring.
Being able to have a bespoke service was ideal for our situation and it helped the family through a very difficult time. The staff were extremely efficient and managed the care for both parents, maintaining
their dignity and wellbeing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the care collection to anyone who requires bespoke care.

Dad used to be mum's carer but now he is too ill himself, we decided to look for help to support them both. The carer was introduced by the director of care collection and we discussed together, what tasks and times would suit.
Dad is very happy with the help to get dressed and undressed, meals served
and cleared away. Mum - who often gets forgetful, sometimes comments the carer is not cleaning or ironing, I remind her the carer is looking after two people really for the price of one and that this is her priority. We are very happy with the service.

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  • a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months.

I am now embarking on my 3rd decade in Health and Social Care. I have climbed the professional ladder and have thoroughly enjoyed the exercise. Now at the top, and has earned the position of “influencer”, I want to share my success with my Clients and their families and support them by offering the best possible home care service available.

I have worked across the whole of the care sector with people of all ages and a whole spectrum of conditions including elderly care, Dementia, physical disabilities, brain injuries, mental health, neurological conditions, Learning Disabilities and palliative care.

I have acted as an advocate for my Clients and pioneered for their individual causes. I am incredibly passionate about ensuring people get the support they deserve and always strive to deliver outstanding levels of customer service. My professional training has given me the knowledge and skills to support my caring and empathetic nature as well as my desire to ensure people to lead fulfilling and independent lives.

However, I have often felt disappointed and let down by other care providers or professionals working alongside me. I have at times been demoralised and disheartened by poor practice, misplaced morals and substandard levels of care and customer service. I think the time has come for positive change!

I have therefore created The Care Collection, a stylish and unique, carefully crafted collection of home care services accessible to all.
