As a family we could not fault We Love Care, the owner helped with my mum's funding which was a huge help to her care. The regular staff were fantastic, always kind and cheerful to Mum. It was a great relief knowing, as we couldn't be there every day, that she was being cared for by some great people!

We Love Care looked after my nan for around six months until she went into a home and I can honestly say I don't know what we would have done without them. The carers are extraordinary and nothing was ever too much for them, they really care from their hearts. The team in the office provided me and
my family with the support we needed throughout the whole experience and helped us to really understand my nan's dementia diagnosis as this was so new to my family. I can't recommend them enough they truly are amazing! If you're looking for someone to treat your loved ones like they are family, then this is the right company for you!

The regular staff were fantastic and I couldn’t fault them. A few times there had to be new carers - not always met them before they came into my home which was a bit disconcerting but they were eager to help. One girl, in particular, was fantastic - myself and my daughter both adored her and she was
a wonderful member of staff.

Mum had daily visits from We Love Care for about three years, it made a massive difference to her having someone to talk to as well as helping around the house.
It gave me comfort to know she was being looked after.
I highly recommend We Love Care as an organisation that will go that extra step to
make sure their clients are well cared for.

After a fall, my father aged over 90 was no longer very able to look after my mother who had Alzheimer's. So we used We Love Care and requested a live-in carer. The carer was brilliant. She kept the house spotlessly clean (because it had been in a dreadful state before - hardly recognised it when I
went to visit). When my father died at the beginning of 2021 she really helped to engage mum in conversation which helped stimulate her brain. The staff that covered the breaks for the live-in carer were also very kind, considerate and engaging. Would thoroughly recommend We Love Care.

Following my mother's free 6-week carers after a hospital stay, I was desperate to improve on the care service my mother received. It took a while to look at all my local options, reading reviews etc. I am very thankful I chose this provider.
My mother needs care with a catheter which she hates and
can’t see to herself and she is also very muddled, but every carer provided has been kind, patient, friendly and helpful as well as quick and efficient.
A couple of mishaps have occurred but the carers have dealt with the problem quickly, including using the washing machine even though that’s not on their list of my requested duties. I find the app a great help as my mother lives alone and I am able to check each visit thereby picking up any problems. The carers can be relied upon to note any health problems.
The carers have now got to know my mother and her requirements, including changing her tv channels!

We Love Care are brilliant we have nothing but admiration for the whole team. After being with a care agency who just didn't seem to actually care, We Love Care are a revelation. The carers go above and beyond in helping my mother-in-law and we feel relaxed in the knowledge that she is being properly
cared for. My husband and I would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts and we appreciate everything that you do for her. The care is excellent. Thank you to the whole team.

We contacted We Love Care to help with the care of my terminally ill wife, whilst we were caring for her at home. We found the manager and her team to be absolutely fantastic - really and truly caring. I would have no hesitation recommending them.

The manager and her team provided me and my family with the most outstanding, human and caring service. I have dealt with many care agencies in the search for 'good enough' care for my husband, who is terminally ill and none of them came close to the level of service I experienced from We Love Care.
I was not at all sure how to find the kind of care I needed, or even what I needed to begin with. The manager walked me through each step, in a way that I found clear and helpful and what came across most to me, was that she was very genuine and compassionate. She allowed me to have many conversations with her and took her time to match me with someone who was right for us. I felt that the manager understood not only our needs, but our personalities and what would suit us best. At every stage, she was polite, professional and warm. I have no reservations in highly recommending We Love Care to anyone, with care needs.

We have found We Love Care to be an outstanding care provider. My mum was discharged very early from hospital in early December due to Covid on her ward, yet these carers responded within hours to support my mum and I. Being new to the care system, I was very worried about the quality of care mum would
receive, but now I am truly thankful that We Love Care are in our lives. They are a never-ending source of care, advice and support for Mum and I. The managers and carers are so sweet, polite and brilliant at their job. I really can’t thank them all enough, nor recommend them more highly. They are fantastic.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review. I am excited to share this with the team and I am so happy we could be there to help you and your mum. I told you it would be OK and we love being your Mum's care team. Thanks again and speak soon. Sarah.

We Love Care was recommended to us by the husband of one of your clients. We found it helpful that we could have an appointed time each day. All of the carers arrived promptly and gave great support and encouragement to my husband. We particularly would like to thank the main carer for all the encouragement
she gave to both of us.

We are very lucky to have a regular small team of carers, all of whom are wonderful. My husband and I both enjoy and trust them as they know our routine and are excellent, extremely professional and always encouraging to my husband. We do appreciate very much having our regular small 'team' of carers
as my husband's health is deteriorating, but we really look forward to the daily arrival of the 'special' carer, she arrives cheerful and always willing to help with any ongoing situations. It is so important that carers remain, as far as possible, caring for their regular clients as relationships can be formed, care more easily delivered and time is saved by the knowledge of the routine both for the carer and the client's family. Our lovely carers are willing and ready to help whenever needed, they have definitely become our friends. Personally I could not manage without 'my' friends 'my carers'. I do realise from years of personal experience how difficult rotas are to do and thank the management team for their hard work, but please keep our precious team coming to us when possible.

From the very first meeting with the We Love Care management which was extremely thorough and detailed with questions from both sides being answered clearly.
My wife has always been nervous about people coming into our house and was a bit wary about the first visit, we needn't have worried. The carers
were very professional and polite and treated my wife with kindness. From the word go all the carers have been super and have become part of our family.

Following a terrible experience with a previous care company, we were lucky to be introduced to We Love Care in August 2019. So far they have been excellent and I highly recommend them. Mum, who has dementia and some specific health problems is now well cared for. The Maidenhead agency We Love Care
is exceptionally well run, and I felt all my concerns were carefully listened to and a proper care plan put in place. We were then allocated consistent carers, and they turn up on time four times a day. Any queries/changes I want are always dealt with very promptly and efficiently and carers notes, which I can view on my mobile phone, are informative and helpful which is particularly useful on days when I am unable to visit mum. All the staff are kind, sensible, professional and work well making a great team. At long last, I feel my wonderful mother is being cared for properly as she deserves.

I looked for the right care for my disabled son for years. One day I stumbled across We Love Care and haven’t looked back since.
The whole team are the best. I have the peace of mind that my son is in safe hands!
Myself and my son are looking forward to a very long service with We Love Care. They
consider the family as well as the client, which makes a huge difference.
Thank you, We love Care.

The standard of care is exceptional. Very nice people who do the caring roles. Consistent carers, always on time, very helpful and accommodating. The agency are excellent at keeping you informed if there is any change in carer from the weekly rota provided or if there is any delay in the carer arriving.

Overall, an excellent service with lovely and caring people, both carers and office and you really feel you are the 'only' client.

Help from June 2018 was good. The carers have kept in touch with my daughter in Cumbria and my son in Somerset. I broke bones in my leg above the ankle (which had broken 22 years ago). I had three weeks in hospital and returned for a checkup and was readmitted as an infection set in caused through a
loose seam in plaster. Came home 2nd Jan 2018 within a few hours developed a nasty chest infection. The agency and my own GP cared for me in January and I got going by the middle of February.

Dad was well-cared for with great respect and dignity. His regular team of carers engaged with him as a person and chatted, sang and laughed with him.
The family's wish for Dad to remain at home for his palliative care was supported and enabled by We Love Care even on his last day. Thank you.

Finding “We Love Care”, has proved to be the answer to my prayers. Having previously had a bad experience with a care provider, we had some concerns before signing up. Suffice to say, we need not have worried. It was the best thing we ever did.
I have a 96-year-old friend who, with” the help of
“We Love Care” still manages to live alone. The team are friendly, gentle, caring and kind. They go out of their way to look after and support her in every way, treating her as if she were one of their own family, not only with dignity and respect but with genuine affection. They help with washing, dressing, and medication, with meal preparation, shopping and cleaning. When she is up to it they take her out for lunch, on shopping trips and to medical appointments. Nothing is ever too much trouble, making each and every visit eagerly awaited.
I am very grateful to the team for their consistent outstanding service, I really don't know what I would do without them! Thank you.

My love of care began in 2017 after owning and running my own specialist social care recruitment business for many years and also leading a large care team who were working on temporary assignments within local care homes and home care agencies. I noticed many issues within the sector which worried me deeply, one of which was that owners were having difficulty in recruiting and retaining a quality work force. This didn’t seem to be a priority, nor was it something they seemed to care very much about at all and secondly I noticed that the level of customer service to clients was not at the forefront of providers minds.

One thing I was sure of without doubt, was that any care agency can only be successful if their staff were happy and motivated and if they had the right level of high quality staff working for them. I felt strongly that this needed to be addressed within the industry. I knew their was a gap in our community for a smaller agency, delivering a higher level of personalised care service. Even though I loved my recruitment career, I wanted to do something which gives back to our community and helps others outside the corporate world where I worked at the time. We Love Care wasn’t built to provide me with an income, as my recruitment business does just that, but it was built solely to provide a service to our local community. Since starting We Love Care I haven’t looked back and I can honestly I am the luckiest business owner.

We Love Care is pretty stress free to oversee, I never go to sleep worrying about the quality of my team or the levels of care we provide and this is due to the wonderful team I have around me. The team truly are amazing and from the moment I went out on my first care run I was in absolute awe of how special and important the job they do is. I love coming into work and I love watching our new clients transform under our care, alongside watching my team progress and grow within their careers. I truly do have the most rewarding role.

I oversee all operations within We Love Care and am responsible for all client relationships on a day to day basis, along with the recruitment side of the business of course.

I grew up and have lived in Maidenhead for most of my life with my partner and our 15 year old daughter Molly who attends Newlands girls school and my 7 month old son Ezra

I am a huge animal lover and have 3 dogs (Oscar, Elise and Buddy). Elise has been a huge hit with clients who enjoy accompanying me on walks with her and two cats (Elsa and Bella).

In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, spending time with my family, meditation, Yoga and walks with my dogs.
