“My background has been managing complex care services during which I led effectively and efficiently a multi-disciplinary team. I also have experience in collaborating and working in partnership with several health professionals.
I have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and various other qualifications.
As a Care Manager, my role and responsibility are to ensure that people who use the service are supported to make choices and are protected from physical, psychological and emotional harm, abuse, discrimination and neglect. To respect each individual person’s right, choice, privacy, dignity and fulfilment by promoting empowerment and involvement in all aspects of their daily life.
Every care has a culture of fairness, openness, transparency and equality. I do have a very good sense of duty, and responsibility in leading an effective, responsive and caring team for the best outcomes. I am a manager who has a hands-on approach so we can better understand the needs of our clients to also ensure high standards are being maintained.
More importantly, I am passionate about supporting people to be as independent as possible and believe everyone should have the right to be cared for.
