When I changed over care company for my dad I was very dubious due to the previous care company being less than adequate.
However, I can not say enough how happy I am with the service that Kanyuchi Healthcare have provided. The management is outstanding when it comes to communication and helpful when
needed and leading by example.
The staff are also amazing with my dad, nothing is too much for them. They are thoughtful, caring and always will go the extra mile. I would recommend this company to anyone needing care assistants. 10 out of 10.

Kanyuchi Healthcare commenced supporting my mother at the beginning of November 2021 after she moved home from a care home. The previous six months had been traumatic and involved two spells in hospital as an in-patient, two care home placements and a discharge home that only lasted two days due to
an inadequate care package.

When my mother finally moved home she had a range of physical and mental health conditions and very limited mobility. She was also traumatised by her previous six months' experiences.

I cannot speak highly enough about Kanyuchi, its staff and its director. My mother presents significant challenges to carers which they take in their stride. They are kind, attentive, person centred and clearly go the extra mile in meeting my mother's needs. The management of the company is responsive, listens and communicates well.

I cannot recommend Kanyuchi highly enough. Every carer that cared for my grandma always went above and beyond. Everyone is so kind. Their communication with the family is spot on. This is the second time we have chosen Kanyuchi to care for our loved one and we would most definitely use them again. They
really helped take the pressure off at the most difficult time for us as a family. Even now, although my grandma has now moved into a care home, they still make contact with us to make sure things are going well. My grandma became very fond of all of the carers because they treated her with dignity and respect and showed her a lot of love and support. We can't thank you enough.

This review is based on the care supplied by Kanyuchi Healthcare Team. They are professional, caring, respectful, polite and supportive in every aspect of what they do. We as a family have no concerns around the care provided and are extremely happy with it. They have been providing home care for some
time now.

All the carers were helpful, cheerful, and understanding looking after my husband several times a day. They would encourage him and talk to me as well. I would recommend Kanyuchi Healthcare, the carers, and the admin team as a reliable, professional service.

Carers of this Kanyuchi go the extra mile. They have helped me through dark times. My hours of work are all over the place, but they’ve always been there helping out and always in contact with me. I couldn’t ask for better carers and people I thank you very much.

My mother received care from the staff at Kanyuchi for the last few months of her life. I cannot praise them enough. Their kindness, professionalism, knowledge and caring attitude. They really cared and provided such excellent care. Nothing was too much trouble to make Mum comfortable. They became part
of the family and were all genuinely sad and upset when my mum died.
I can never thank them enough for all they did for Mum and me.

The caring team who looked after my husband with advanced Alzheimer's morning and evening were always punctual, cheerful, and extremely efficient. They had endless patience and showed compassion and kindness. Highlights were a trip to the driving range and coffee and cake at the beach. I would not hesitate
to recommend Kanyuchi.

Kanyuchi Healthcare has been caring for my ex-partner/best friend for a number of months and I have found the management of the care to be excellent, putting the needs of their client foremost and giving empathetic and holistic care. The implementation of covid secure measures and PPE has been good.
Any concerns that I have highlighted to the manager have been met with appreciation for bringing issues to their attention, and have been dealt with immediately and in a positive way rather than assigning blame. The carers have gone out of their way to ensure the wellbeing of my friend, both physically and mentally. I do not feel any hesitation about contacting the agency; my calls are met with amiable understanding and their help has been greatly beneficial on a number of occasions.

I would highly recommend this agency; the skilled management, which then follows through into the quality of carers they employ and therefore the care that they give the vulnerable people they visit.

I have already recommended Kanyuchi Healthcare to others who are looking for carers, Kanyuchi Healthcare are all true carers, who take a personal interest in their clients. From the initial visit, through to every day caring, we knew mum was in safe hands. The manager and his team were kind, courteous
and efficient, taking mum's preferences into considerations. We also really appreciated the Christian help and encouragement, particularly when mum was in her last days. A huge thank you to all at Kanyuchi Healthcare.

The manager and his wonderful team looked after my sister for a long time with 4 visits a day; always polite and caring. Whenever there was a problem, it was dealt with swiftly and professionally. I will always be grateful for the care she received. I would recommend Kanyuchi Healthcare.

Would just like to say that the service supplied has been really good. I live in another country and due to Covid I have not been able to visit for over a year now. Knowing the team have been going in, looking after and supporting my mother has been a huge burden taken from my shoulders.
Proactively
looking for solutions and supporting in many ways far more than just 'caring' I can fully recommend Kanyuchi Healthcare to anyone looking for this type of service.

I can only give Kanyuchi nothing but praise! My mother would never be happy or accept help from several care companies I had tried to put in place in the past to support her, she always dismissed them as never happy with their service. On meeting the manager he made my mum feel so at ease and explained
everything to her in depth on the service they would offer her, also for me as this now would be taking the pressure off me being mum's sole carer allowing us to get back to having mother/daughter quality time together. All the carers that visited mum were truly caring and always went over and above their duty to make sure she was comfortable and had met all her needs before they left. Any help issues that I needed help with the manager would again go out of his way to try to accommodate us. Unfortunately mum has moved out of the area Kanyuchi covered and so sad we cannot continue with them, mum sure does miss her carer/friends. I certainly would rate them 100% plus!

My dad sadly has advanced dementia so when things got too much for mum we contacted several care agencies and thankfully we finally came across Kanyuchi. Right from the first visit, the staff formed a fantastic bond with dad and were able to bring out the happy fun side of him as well as meeting his
care needs. Everyone was so kind and accommodating to help both dad's needs and mum's. Dad especially looked forward to trips out for ice creams and coffee at the beach! We really can’t thank them enough for everything they did at such a difficult time.

Thank you for all you do. It is good to know she is in safe hands. My mother has only good things to say about all the girls. The confidence I have knowledge when I’m away with the weekly feedback chart is comforting and the quick response is most professional.

Kanyuchi are helpful, obliging and flexible with the care my mother needs. The carers are always pleasant and nice company for a 93-year-old lady. The staff are usually very punctual and cheerful, meeting extra demands when required, for example, taking my mother to a clinic appointment the other day.

Kanyuchi Healthcare provides my mother with a care package which includes 3 visits a day, where the care visitors provide personal care and prepare meals. They check that the correct medicine has been taken and take time to chat and make their client feel relaxed and cared for, no matter how awkward
or confused the client may be. They also keep a regular update regarding necessities such as food or toiletries and let a family member know if there's any cause for treatment or medical advice, and are quick to reply to any questions you may have.

The manager came to my husband, who had Parkinson's. For two years, they always gave one hundred per cent, and nothing was too much trouble. They gave high-quality care, and I cannot praise them enough. Thank you all.

The manager and his team looked after my mother for three years. From day one when the manager knelt down at her bedside to introduce himself, he and his team took care of her with professionalism as well as kindness and affection, patience and good humour. They made her last years as comfortable as
possible providing physical and moral support. She and they learnt from each other, as caring for people is by no means a one-sided affair. I am sure she would wish me to thank them, not least for enabling her to stay on in her own home.

How long have you been working in the care industry?
Previous to my present job at Kanyuchi I ran my own childminding business from home for 14 years.
I enjoyed my time with the children immensely, which could at times be challenging as well as extremely rewarding, especially as I have been able to watch many of the children I cared for grow from babies to happy children and successful young adults.
Just before I decided to hang up my baby blankets and end my business, I had my final OFSTED inspection and was rewarded with an Outstanding which made all my hard work worthwhile.

What attracted you to care?
I am one of those people who gets a kick out of helping others, it upsets me when I see suffering and sadness. I know what a difference having someone who really ‘cares’ can do.

What is your favourite thing about care?
If I can make a positive difference to someone’s life and wellbeing and also close family members lives, then it means a lot to me.
It’s a lovely feeling knowing someone is looking forward to seeing you and really appreciates what you do for them.
Often our clients like to talk about their past, they may be lonely or just like to talk, some stories are so very interesting and full of history.

What is good about Kanyuchi?
We have a great team, which is steadily growing. We all get along well and work well together and individually.
I feel we are listened to if we have any concerns or problems, and Serge will always do his best to keep the company running smoothly and keep everyone, clients and staff, happy.

Describe yourself in a few sentences.
I like to think I am approachable; I’m hard working and have a good sense of humour. I enjoy being around positive and kind people. I don’t like being in a negative environment and find ‘energy vampires’ draining. Luckily none work at Kanyuchi!

Are you interested or have more experience in a Particular area of care?
I am interested and have experience with end of life care. Otherwise have experience over the broad section of care.
