Their support team provides a friendly, consistent, bespoke service to all individuals, to ensure they are safe and comfortable within their own environment, ensuring all their care and support needs are met to the highest standard.

Services provide a consistent approach to care and support, building positive relationships between the support staff and individuals.

Utopia understands the importance and benefits to the individual when professional and person-centered care and support is provided whilst remaining at home or within their chosen environment.

Bespoke services are provided which enable the individual to tailor their support package to meet their needs effectively and productively.

Staff provide a variety of services to meet the needs of customers ranging from safer discharge services, rehabilitation back into the home environment following periods in hospital, health and social care support and support at the individual's end of life.

Services are provided to individuals over the age of 18 years of age. Staff have the expertise and experience to support every individual to achieve the outcomes required to enable them to be as independent as possible living in the community.

I cannot recommend this wonderful care company too highly. They have made a massive difference to our Mum's health and well-being. They go over and above with caring for her, nothing is too much trouble and we know she is in safe hands. The care, respect and love shown is absolutely lovely to see. They
are all angels with extremely high standards, we can't praise them enough.

I have been receiving care from Utopia Social Care and I can honestly say I feel like a king. My Carers have given me a new lease of life. I have had a bad experience with my previous provider, so was very down.
Since having Utopia Social Care, my health has improved and I am eating proper, healthy
food and loving life again.
