Thank you for your review, but we must challenge some assertions. We are clear and proud that our care is relationship-based; as such we take time to get to know clients, rather than simply doing tasks. We were engaged to support your parents beginning their journey living with dementia; building trust in receiving external support is a vital element of this. While cleaning is an important part of our role, and we have addressed the concerns you raised, we are a care company employing care professionals, not cleaners. We are unable to discard items from a fridge without their direct consent unless they lack the mental capacity to make this decision. We agreed we would phone weekly before the visit to collate a shopping list, as they are miles from the nearest supermarket, and it is impossible to plan exactly a week in advance. We have taken your comments on board and will continue to try to satisfy your requirements, as well as building a relationship with your parents that they enjoy and value.

We are sorry for the confusion, you were notified of the change by email with your invoice at the time, and not by post. All of our care professionals are paid for their time travelling in between visits, and also for the mileage.

We are glad you are happy with the care you receive from our care professionals. Unfortunately it is a very challenging recruitment market, and finding staff willing to work up to 10pm at night, who meet your requirements, has still not been possible.
