Our journey with REN Caring first started in May 2023. They were recommended by a friend who had used them to help her uncle.
We started with one night a week, just so we could get a good night's sleep to be able to continue looking after my mum. It was hard to pass this responsibility to someone
else, but they were very helpful and reassuring. We had the same carer on a regular basis, meeting other carers as our need and confidence in them grew.
Sometimes, we had to change days even at short notice, and they were very obliging. I didn't have this confidence in other companies that I'd enquired with.
For the last 3 months, September to December 2024, Mum had been diagnosed as end of-life. We were funded for 3 nights with one mandatory company, then 4 nights with REN Caring, I was confident to leave Mum in the care of REN, and we were able to have them for 4 times a day to help, too.
This gave us the opportunity to be daughters again, not just mum's carers.

REN looked after my Dad both before and after my Mum died, they were very flexible in stepping up care to help in a difficult situation. We met four carers and all were fantastic. Dad had limited mobility and dementia, so they helped him with personal care food prep, and eating. I highly recommend this
company, friendly, flexible, and efficient.

I called in REN caring after I broke my arm.
I had three carers who looked after me and all of them were exceptional. They helped me wash and dress and made breakfast when I required it. They also kept the bathroom and kitchen clean, as well as hoovering the house regularly.
In addition, they took
me to the hospital on two occasions at short notice.
The staff and manager treated me in a very caring way. They listened to what I had to say and took me seriously. I enjoyed my conversations with all of them.
Thank you REN Caring. I would use you again and recommend you to others.

We found the whole REN Caring team to be very professional whilst caring for my cousin who has Lewy Body Syndrome, they were kind, personal, caring, very helpful (often going over and above), friendly and very informative. They advised me of any concerns as they happened and had my cousin's best interests
at all times. More importantly - they helped her to keep her dignity - sadly she is now permanently in a nursing home. However, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the services that REN Caring provided her with.

My elderly aunt, who suffered with Alzheimer's, was being cared for by wonderful carers at REN Caring. They started looking after her in 2021 and I am delighted to say she was looked after by such kind, thoughtful ladies. My auntie enjoyed their company and was always happy to see them each day. They
prepared her food and helped with her care in general. Washing her clothes and doing her shopping. I was lucky to meet most of my aunt's carers who were always punctual, respectful and, above all, compassionate. I would recommend REN Caring to anyone who is seeking a professional, caring agency with a compassionate team of carers. Sadly, my auntie has now passed away but her final days were happier for knowing the lovely ladies at REN Caring. Thank you to the entire team.

REN Caring provided care for my late mother from October 2021 until she passed away at the end of May 2022. During this time they always looked after her with kindness and consideration. My mum thought the world of her carer and every carer that she employs who tended to her. My brother and I will always
be grateful for their empathy and devotion to our mum, ensuring that she never lost her dignity and that they always turned up with a warm smile and never let her down. They were genuinely sad when she passed and she considered them to be good friends.

My son required a carer due to his learning disabilities and mental health condition. I was fighting to get social services to place him in a home. I cannot say how appreciative I was for being given such amazing carers. My son is unique and hard work, but they were so patient, kind and willing to assist
him and support him throughout this difficult time. I could not have coped without them and the manager, they even supported me in helping me with meetings, finding out more about how to deal with my son's condition and also emotionally. They come highly recommended for dealing with a situation that was so fragile and they did it all with a smile. Thank you so much for your kindness and support from both myself and my son.

I found REN Caring to be extremely professional and absolutely spot on with my requirements for my Mother. The carer was lovely, friendly, very kind and very helpful, my Mother was extremely happy with her which in turn made me happy too. The communication between the carer and myself was second to
none.
I found I was able to request extra hours at short notice which was very helpful and reassuring too. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for home care support.

My Godfather had increasing levels of care over the last 18 months of his life and eventually 24-hour home care. He was adamant that he wanted to stay in his home and the support provided allowed us to comply with his wishes. The team looking after him were very caring, friendly and professional. As
the main contact, I was kept fully informed of his progress and wellbeing. I had no hesitation to contact the manager and discuss his progress or requirements.


I feel that the company went over and above their basic duties to ensure that my Godfather felt loved and valued in his final months, his wishes were always catered for and I feel the whole team had his best interests at heart. This was very reassuring for his family.

The carer from Rencare visits my father 4 times a week. He's a difficult character: dementia, depression, anxiety. She does really well with him evidenced by his response to her which is to allow her to accompany him on trips out, something he doesn't let everyone do.
I recommend Rencare - excellent
service, very reassuring.

Fantastic service I have ever seen. The carer is very good at her work she did all my work like cleaning washing my stuff. She is very hygiene conscious which is what I like. The manager is always up to date to manage everything.
