Funding & Fees Guide for GGW Care Ltd

  • Prices

  • Drop-in Calls - Monday to Friday - £27.00 per an hour, £26.00 per 45min, and £24.00 per 30min, then on weekends - £29.00 per an hour, £27.00 per 45min, and £25.00 per 30min.


    Live-In Care - £1300 per week.

  • Public and Bank holidays will be charged at your rate plus half of your rate.


    •   7 days’ notice is required from the client to end the service. This will be chargeable if notice of any change is received too late to stop the carer visit. If we need to end the service, 30 days’ notice will be given.
    •   Price may be reviewed from time to time for which you will receive 7 days’ notice.
    •   Please note that wake in the night is charged at an hourly rate

BeeAktive has cared for my mum since her hospital discharge in May 2020 following a fall/hip fracture. We would not consider any other agency. The double-handed support we get from BeeAktive is vital to enabling mum to remain at home, where she is bedridden, doubly incontinent, with Alzheimer's. Care
at the sharp end, which is where it counts most, is excellent and this is reflected in their CQC rating, so don't be put off by the CQC overall 'needs improvement' rating at the time of this post. BeeAktive genuinely does listen (we had a couple of hiccups at the beginning which was completely sorted). We have continuity with 3 fantastic primary core carers 5 days a week and then BeeAktive rotate in from a small pool of secondary carers on the other 2 days, all of whom are excellent and slide seamlessly into caring for mum. I have gotten to know the key management team. They are supportive and genuinely committed to caring as a vocation, rather than purely for commercial gain.

A Registered Nurse since 2001, Mary brings over two decades of clinical and managerial expertise across a wide range of healthcare settings. She is an experienced leader known for her strong work ethic, compassionate approach, and unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional care.


Mary’s career began at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, where she gained valuable experience working on stroke and medical wards. She later broadened her clinical knowledge on the surgical ward at University College London Hospital and further enriched her expertise through her work in community palliative care. Her passion for person-centered support led her to transition into community care, working both as a professional and alongside volunteers.


Driven by a deep sense of responsibility and determination, Mary is dedicated to going the extra mile to ensure that clients receive outstanding care and achieve the highest level of independence possible. Her approach is rooted in creating meaningful connections and putting smiles on clients' faces through thoughtful, tailored support.


Before founding GGW Care Limited, Mary refined her leadership and management skills as the Registered Manager at Invicta 24 Plus, where she successfully oversaw domiciliary care services for five years.
