We are sorry to hear that you feel your care management service with MyLife has not been as you would expect. Unfortunately, a common industry situation at the moment has meant that our office team have struggled with vacancy levels, both internally and within our carer network. We are working hard to recruit more staff and we hope to return to full office staffing levels in the very near future. This will undoubtedly result in a return to the previous levels of service which our clients have every right to expect. We again apologise unreservedly for any negative experience you feel you have received and we would welcome your contact to our office management team to discuss, which will allow us to rectify matters for you.
