I am pleased with my carers. They are amazing, happy and look after me very well importantly with a smile. They are very obliging and do not refuse to do anything that I want them to do. It is nice to have stuck up a relationship with them. I am sorry about complications concerning male carers but I
cannot give up what little dignity remains and therefore I will always want to have female carers undertaking personal and intimate tasks. I don't want to devalue the men when they come here because they are very polite and do not interfere with the way in which my care is undertaken but I must insist on female carers doing personal tasks.

Harino Care staff are always polite and friendly upon arrival. Always ask if there is anything else they can do for me before leaving. They interact with my family member they are here to care for, making sure they have everything they need. Often making their day that bit better, sometimes in difficult
circumstances. Their helpful manner helps me to care for my family member at home making life so much better for all my family. Advice on equipment and other items that are essential to my mother's care have been greatly appreciated. I couldn't imagine how I would cope without Hariono staff here to help. I'm extremely grateful to them and would highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance with care at home.

As a family, we could not be happier with the service that Harino Care provide. We have some amazing carers with two shining examples who always go above and beyond to ensure the care for their client and my family receives is 10/10. This is done through taking the time to understand the client, the
family and the circumstances around us all and this is very much appreciated. This is something that is so important to us as a family, as they visit 4 times a day and have become a vital part to our family. It is my hope that Harino take the time to appreciate the amazing work that these two particular carers provide.

When the carers come to the house we wonder who it might be, could be the odd one we are not so keen on. But overall we are happy with most carers. They are kind and careful when dealing with my wife, who has MND. Getting out of bed, washing and transferring her to a reclining chair. If they are late
in the morning I would like them to phone me, so I could give my wife breakfast. It delays the effect of the whole day. It's the odd one that does that, I know they do their best and I haven't had to complain.
We wish them a happy Xmas and New Year.
