  • We offer a 30 minute, 45 minute or hourly rate with a discount for longer visits of 3 hours or greater.


  • We do not make any additional charge for our care experts to get to a visit. The price quoted is the price charged, with the only addition being if our carers take you out somewhere, in which case we seek reimbursement for the travel expenses - otherwise it is all in the one quoted price.

Our mum has been under the care of Bluebird for the last few months and the care she has received has been excellent. The carers are very kind, professional and sensitive to her needs and nothing is too much trouble. Unfortunately mum has recently been in hospital following a fall and subsequent surgery,
however, the team have continued to support not only mum but her family, which is very much appreciated. Mum is currently having rehabilitation but is striving to return to the comfort of her own home where the carers will continue with their excellent care. We would highly recommend Bluebird following the experience we have had.

Found the service very good. Especially two carers in particular, who come the most. Found them very helpful in my recovery in getting back to being mobile.

The care and support my mother has received from Bluebird Care when helping her shower and clearing up a persistent rash on her legs with daily care, as well as the companionship when taking her to the dentist, out shopping, for coffee and cake, has been exemplary. They have been in contact with my
family now for 4 months and visit my mother daily so we have had a lot of contact with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing support for themselves or a loved one. The support is flexible, responsive, reliable, respectful, caring and good value. My mother had a stroke over 4 years ago and is left with mobility issues, aphasia (impaired speech) and the support she receives from Bluebird Care helps keep her both physically and emotionally. They have become a part of the 'team' that help my mother and liaise with her family, the district nurses and speech therapist have high praise for their work with my mother. If you need more help give them a try.

Nicola comes to the Care profession having worked as a Solicitor for over 20 years. In her role as a Solicitor, she was able to see at first hand how the lives of people could be enhanced significantly with the right care provision being made and just as importantly how the wrong care could hold people back.


With Bluebird Care Dudley, Wyre Forest and Malvern Hills, she is able to put into practice what she has seen in her career as a Solicitor. Her time in the law also means that she has experience of running a business and a team of people, to ensure that everyone is working together to achieve the goal of providing excellent care.

Adrian comes to the company having spent over 20 years in the legal profession as a Solicitor.


As well as years of experience as a solicitor he is quite tall, which can be useful in the office. He is also not afraid of spiders and he is therefore able to fulfil a vital office role; that of being able to go into the cupboard and to get unwanted spiders from the office. He can also handle a Daddy Long-Legs at the right time of the year.

Kira was born at Dudley Zoo in September 2019 and joined the team in the summer of 2020.



Given the low ceilings in the office, Kira prefers to stay at the zoo, with her mum and dad but is happy to welcome customers, staff and their families to the zoo when they come to pay her a visit.
